Individuelle und passgenaue Beratung/Begleitung von Familien. STABS unterstützt dabei, persönliche oder familiäre Probleme zu lösen, den Alltag selbstbestimmt zu strukturieren. Empowerment! Aktivierung u. Heranführung an den Arbeitsmarkt bzw. Erhalt oder Erweiterung stehen dabei im Fokus. Einzelcoachings, wöchentliche Workshops, niedrigschwellige Qualifizierungen finden direkt im Stadtteil statt. Die Teilnehmer*innen melden sich je nach Bedarf an. Einzelberatungen und Begleitungen zu Außenterminen bieten wir nach individueller Terminabsprache an. Die Beratungsstelle ist Mo-Fr von 8-15 Uhr offen. STABS leistet einen strukturellen Beitrag im Stadtteil. Im Kooperationsverbund soll die Vernetzung der rechtskreisübergreifende Leistungen im Sinne des frühzeitigen Erreichens und des Kooperierens auf Augenhöhe ausgebaut werden. STABS steht für die Stärkung des Individuums, die Stärkung von sozialen Netzwerken und Gruppen, sowohl für die Lobbyarbeit in der kommunalen und wie auch regionalen Politik/Wirtschaft. (German)
