Das Ziel ist die Verbesserung der Arbeitsmarktintegration von erwachsenen Menschen mit Migrationsgeschichte mittels der Beratungsformate „Anerkennungs- und Qualifizierungsberatung im Kontext des Anerkennungsgesetzes“ sowie „Faire Integration für Geflüchtete und Drittstaatsangehörige“. Ziel der Anerkennungsberatung ist es, Ratsuchenden Möglichkeiten aufzuzeigen, ihre im Ausland erworbenen Qualifikationen im Kontext der beruflichen Entwicklung in Deutschland zu nutzen. Ziel der Qualifizierungsberatung ist das Aufzeigen von Qualifizierungsoptionen zum Erlangen der beruflichen Anerkennung und/oder zur qualifikationsadäquaten Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt. Beide Formate „Anerkennungsberatung“ und „Qualifizierungsberatung“ werden aus „einer Hand“ der Beraterinnen und Berater angeboten. Ziel des Beratungsangebots „Faire Integration für Geflüchtete und Drittstaatsangehörige“ ist es qualitätsgesicherte Informationen rund um Fragen zu Ausbildung und Beruf in Deutschland für geflüchtete Menschen vorzuhalten. So sollen Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer mit Fluchthintergrund darin gestärkt werden, ihre Rechte einzufordern und durchzusetzen. (German)
