Improving the linguistic ability to cope with everyday work (vocabulary, structures and means of speech in a professional context), insight into different occupational fields and sectors with the aim of facilitating professional orientation, information on fundamental rights and duties at the workplace, job-search opportunities (including application and presentation) and information on employment agencies and job centres. It is a part-time course of 25 UE/week in the afternoon for refugees/remaining persons based on a language level A1 and the target level A2±B1.1. Lessons will take place between 13:30 and 17:30. The specific topics and needs of the groups of people are widely taken into account by the course staff and the same opportunities for access and participation are ensured by all participants in the above-mentioned sense. An internship (approximately 100 hours) is possible for suitable participants in parallel to the further course. (English)

    Der Lehrgang dient der Entwicklung allgemeiner berufssprachlicher Kompetenzen sowie arbeitsrelevanten Grundlagen. Der Verbesserung der Fähigkeit der sprachlichen Bewältigung eines Arbeitsalltags (Wortschatz, Strukturen und Redemittel im beruflichen Kontext), Einblick in unterschiedliche Berufsfelder und Branchen mit dem Ziel der leichteren beruflichen Orientierung, Informationen zu grundlegenden Rechten und Pflichten am Arbeitsplatz, Möglichkeiten der Arbeitssuche (inkl. Bewerbung und Vorstellung) und Informationen über Arbeitsagenturen und Jobcenter. Es handelt sich um einen Teilzeitlehrgang mit 25 UE/Woche am Nachmittag für Flüchtlinge/Bleibeberechtigte ausgehend von einem Sprachniveau A1 und dem Zielniveau A2+-B1.1. Der Unterricht findet in der Zeit von 13:30 Uhr bis 17:30 Uhr statt. Den spezifischen Themen und Bedürfnissen der Personengruppen wird durch die Kursmitarbeiter/-innen umfangreich Rechnung getragen und die gleichen Zugangs- und Teilhabechancen von allen Teilnehmenden im o.g. Sinne sichergestellt. Für geeignete Teilnehmer ist ein Praktikum (Umfang 100 Std.) parallel zum weiteren Kursverlauf möglich. (German)
