According to the competence assessment, language teaching takes place as an intensive course to prepare for the contents of the vocational theoretical education. The farm visits are carried out during the course of vocational theoretical training. This is followed by the internship. The German language is intensively trained once again after the internship. This structure of the project has proved its worth in practice. Vocational theoretical education provides both specialist knowledge for vocational qualification as well as content that serves as a career orientation and is intended to help. Occupational fields with their entry requirements and requirements are presented. One focus is on securing the necessary vocabulary, so that language skills are also trained in this area. Individual ideas about entering or returning to work are brought into line with the real requirements of the labour market. Throughout the course of the course, equality between women and men is effectively promoted by: • Ensuring women’s access to traditional “male occupations” and vice versa • activating the potentials of both sexes • skillful inclusion of different perspectives and collaboration in mixed teams • eliminating unequal assessments of life and experience worlds between men and women based on stereotypical notions of “female” and “male” behaviour (e.g. change of perspectives, role-playing). B. Perspektiven-wechsel, Rollenspiele). (German)
