Our project is characterised by the individual consultation and support course. Families at risk of social exclusion and poverty should be re-enforced to change their situation positively. This often involves the inclusion/extension of employment. The impediment factors in the family system are highlighted and eliminated/minimised with the help of different support offers. Another goal is to expand and make use of the cooperation structures for families. The basis for this is: Effectiveness & Efficiency — Synergy Effects Use of peer assistants Empowerment Evaluation/Monitoring Establishment and development of cooperation structures for better support of families and better use of the resources used Objective within the project: Feedback on results and progress in the steering group with proposals to improve cross-law cooperation for better achievement of objectives. Das Projektgebiet umfasst die kreisfreie Stadt Remscheid: NRW. Remscheid hat 113.401 Einwohner. Der Migrationsanteil in der Bevölkerung liegt bei 38,4%. 17,7% der Bedarfsgemeinschaften in Remscheid sind Alleinerziehende. Die Jugendarbeitslosenquote liegt in Remscheid bei 5,9%, (NRW von 5,5%, BRD 4,7%). Unser Projekt zeichnet sich durch den individuellen Beratungs- und Begleitungsverlauf aus. Familien, die durch soziale Ausgrenzung und Armut bedroht sind, sollen wieder befähigt werden ihre Situation zum positiven hin zu verändern. Dazu gehört häufig die Aufnahme/Erweiterung einer Beschäftigung. Die hemmenden Faktoren im Familiensystem werden aufgezeigt und mit Hilfe von unterschiedlichen Unterstützungsangeboten aufgehoben/minimiert. Weiteres Ziel ist, die Kooperationsstrukturen für die Familien zu erweitern und nutzbar zu machen. Grundlagen hierfür sind: Clearing der Ausgangssituation Ressourcenorientierung Effektivität & Effizienz – Synergieeffekte Einsatz von Peerbegleiter*innen Empowerment Evaluation/ Monitoring Auf- und Ausbau der Kooperationsstrukturen für eine bessere Unterstützung der Familien und optimalere Nutzung der eingesetzten Ressourcen Ziel innerhalb des Projekts: Rückkopplung der Ergebnisse und Verläufe in den Lenkungskreis mit Vorschlägen zur Verbesserung der rechtübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit für eine bessere Zielerreichung.
