    Das Jobcenter Mönchengladbach nimmt auf Grundlage der Förderrichtlinie des BMAS vom 19.11.2014 seit dem 01.06.2015 am ESF-Bundesprogramm für Langzeitarbeitslose teil. Ziel des Projektes "Jobchance MG" ist der Abbau von Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit. Für langzeitarbeitslose erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte nach dem Zweiten Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II ) werden Perspektiven einer nachhaltigen beruflichen Eingliederung in den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt geschaffen. Durch gezielte Ansprachen werden Arbeitgeber für langzeitarbeitslose Frauen und Männer gewonnen. Darüber hinaus werden Qualifizierungsdefizite ausgeglichen, teilnehmende Männer und Frauen nach Beschäftigungsaufnahme intensiv betreut und individuell gecoacht. Außerdem werden die Beschäftigungsverhältnisse auf diese Weise nachhaltig stabilisiert, um so eine langfristige Integration der Zielgruppe in den Arbeitsmarkt zu ermöglichen. (German)
