Ziel des Projektes ist neben dem Auf- und Ausbau von berufsbezogenen Deutschkenntnissen die Integration der Migrant/-innen in den Arbeitsmarkt in Deutschland. Die Erweiterung von berufssprachlichen und arbeitsplatzbezogenen Deutschkenntnissen und der Erwerb von anwendungsbezogenen Mathematik- und EDV-Kenntnissen als Qualifizierungsziele dienen dem Abbau von Vermittlungshemmnissen und der Verbesserung der allgemeinen beruflichen Handlungsfähigkeit. Sie ermöglichen eine Stärkung und Erweiterung der kommunikativen Handlungsfähigkeit und sind somit wichtige Voraussetzung für die Teilhabe an beruflicher Tätigkeit, Aus- und Weiterbildung der Projekt-Teilnehmenden.
