Therefore, working time consulting is enriched by the company cheque to life-stage-oriented career paths plus implementation consulting of structural improvement projects. In addition, the managers are sensitised and the promotion motivation of the female employees is increased. Through the “Learning of SMEs” network, SMEs in the region will be provided with lectures, best practice and experiences from the participating companies even after the end of the project. Der Die VUV hat die Erfahrung gemacht, dass Arbeitszeitberatung allein nicht ausreicht, um lebensphasenorientierte Karriereverläufe und damit mehr Chancengleichheit nachhaltig in KMU zu implementieren. Arbeitszeitberatung ist aber ein KMU-geeigneter Einstieg ins Thema und schafft wichtige Voraussetzungen z.B. für Teilzeitführungspositionen. Damit erhöht sich auch die Aufstiegswahrscheinlichkeit von Frauen. Daher wird die Arbeitszeitberatung angereichert durch den UnternehmensCheck zu lebensphasenorientierten Karriereverläufen plus Umsetzungsberatung von strukturellen Verbesserungsprojekten. Zusätzlich werden die Führungskräfte sensibilisiert und die Aufstiegsmotivation der Mitarbeiterinnen erhöht. Über das Netzwerk „Lernen von KMU“ werden KMU der Region mit Vorträgen, Best practise, Erfahrungen aus den teilnehmenden Unternehmen auch nach Projektende versorgt. Alle Konzepte werden ins Portfolio übernommen und durch den Transfer zugänglich gemacht. (German)
