Das Ziel d. Projekts „BIBA – Belmer Initiative für Bildung und Arbeit“besteht darin, (langzeit-)arbeitslose Menschen in Belm und die lokale Ökonomie zusammenzuführen, um a) Arbeitslose in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren bzw. den Übergang dahin zu erleichtern und b) die lokale Ökonomie durch das vor Ort vorhandene Arbeitskraftpotential zu stärken und die Unternehmen bei der Beschäftigung von Personen mit vorherigem Leistungsbezug (nach SGB II) und/oder Migrationshintergrund durch Beratung und Begleitung zu unterstützen sowie Qualifizierungen für die Unternehmen durchzuführen. Durch die Verknüpfung d. Handlungsfelder wird eine ganzheitliche Verbesserung des Sozialraumes gewährleistet. Die TN werden durch die (Wieder-)Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt u. die Teilnahme an den lokal. Angeboten (Partizipations-/Integrationsangebote) intensiver an ihr sozialräuml. Umfeld gebunden und identifizieren sich stärker damit. Gleichzeitig werden lokale Beschäftigungspotenziale besser ausgeschöpft. (German)

The aim of the project “BIBA — Belmer Initiative for Education and Labour” is to bring together (long-term) unemployed people in Belm and the local economy in order to: (a) integrate the unemployed into the labour market or facilitate the transition to it; b) strengthen the local economy through local labour potential; and support companies in the employment of persons with previous benefits (according to SGB II) and/or migration through counselling and support and training for companies. By linking the fields of action, a holistic improvement of the social space is ensured. The TNs are made by (re)integration into the labour market and participation in the local labour market. Offered (participation/integration offers) more intensively at her social space. The environment is bound and more closely identified with it. At the same time, local employment potential is better exploited. (English)
