Durch die berufsbezogene Förderung Deutsch als Zweitsprache soll den Teilnehmer/innen die Integration in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt oder in Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen erleichtert werden und sie damit unabhängig von sozialen Leistungen stellen. In enger Verbindung mit und in Begleitung durch den berufsbezogenen Deutschunterricht finden auch Betriebsbesichtigungen, Fachunterricht und ein Praktikum statt.
