    Ziel des Projektes ist der Abbau von Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit durch die Integration marktferner Kunden in sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse des 1. Arbeitsmarktes. Es erfolgt eine gezielte Ansprache von Arbeitgebern nach Feststellung der Kompetenzen der Kunden, um einen den Fähigkeiten und Kenntnissen entsprechende Beschäftigung zu finden. Es erfolgt eine intensive Beratung der Arbeitgeber bei der Gestaltung des Arbeitsplatzes und des Arbeitsumfeldes. Die teilnehmenden Frauen und Männer werden nach Beschäftigungsaufnahme intensiv betreut und die Beschäftigungsverhältnisse auf diese Weise nachhaltig stabilisiert. (German)
