(German)

Development of a cost-effective ozone generator for residue-free disinfection in catering, household and sanitary applications. This requires the development of a microfluidic control system to control the electrolysis cell and operate it over long periods of operation with an optimal cross-section. The project share of ISIT includes the development of the multi-sensor chip and the production of electrode substrates. (English)
