Gegenstand der Hartmut Muhlack OHG sind Dienstleistungen im Bereich Abschlepp- und Bergungsdienst sowie Unfall- und Pannenhilfe für PKW und LKW (Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt), Überführungen, KfZ-Meisterwerkstatt, Kranarbeiten, Ölreinigung und Vermittlung von Mietfahrzeugen. Die Dienstleistungen werden nachweislich überwiegend gegenüber Kunden mit Sitz außerhalb eines Radius von 50 KM um die zu fördernde Betriebsstätte erbracht. Zu den Kunden zählen sowohl Privatpersonen als auch gewerbliche Unternehmen. Das Unternehmen ist im Bereich Unfall- und Pannenhilfe Vertragspartner des Unternehmens Assistance Partner sowie seit 2018 des ADAC.Vor dem Hintergrund einer seit November 2018 bestehenden ADAC-Vertragspartnerschaft reichen die vorhandenen Kapazitäten nicht mehr aus, um das voraussichtlich zusätzlich anfallende Auftragsvolumen im Bereich Abschlepp- und Bergungsdienst sowie Unfall- und Pannenhilfe für PKW und LKW hinreichend effizient bewältigen zu können. Das Unternehmen plant daher die Erweiterung seiner Betriebsstätte am Standort Lübeck. Zur Förderung beantragt werden Investitionen zur Errichtung eines zusätzlichen Hallentraktes mit Werkstattbereich und eingebundenen Verwaltungs- und Sozialräumen. Darüber hinaus sollen Investitionen für die Ausstattung der zusätzlichen Werkstatt- und Bürokapazitäten gefördert werden.Mit dem Vorhaben ist die Schaffung und Sicherung von Dauerarbeits- und Ausbildungsplätzen verbunden. The Hartmut Muhlack OHG covers services in the field of towing and rescue services as well as accident and breakdown assistance for cars and trucks (focus of activity), overpasses, vehicle master workshop, crane work, oil cleaning and brokering of rental vehicles. The services are demonstrably provided mainly to customers with a registered office outside a radius of 50 KM in order to provide the operating establishment to be supported. Customers include both private individuals and commercial companies. The company is a contractual partner of the company Assistance Partner in the field of accident and roadside assistance and since 2018 of the ADAC.In the context of an ADAC contractual partnership in force since November 2018, the existing capacities are no longer sufficient to be able to handle the expected additional order volume in the area of towing and rescue services as well as accident and breakdown assistance for cars and trucks sufficiently efficiently. The company is therefore planning to expand its facility at the Lübeck site. Investments for the construction of an additional hall with workshop area and integrated administrative and social spaces will be applied for. In addition, investments will be supported to equip the additional workshop and office capacities.The project involves the creation and safeguarding of permanent work and training places. (English)
