The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed above 29. in Toruñ, who are in particular at least one of the following groups: people older than 50, women, persons with disabilities, people with disabilities, people with low skills. The main outcome of the project will be, in accordance with the methodology for measuring the efficiency criterion, to take up employment for at least 42 % of the most vulnerable persons, including immigrants, returnees, people aged 50 and over, women, people with incomplete workers., people in the dark., people with low qualifications in ISCED 3, at least 52 % of the remaining persons not belonging to the said groups, registered in the PUP for MT. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, i.e. counselling, placement, internships, one-off resources for the expansion of business, ref. equipment or retrofitting costs, and training. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. w Toruniu należących w szczególności co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób powyżej 50 r.ż., kobiet, osób dług. bezrob., osób z niepełnospr., osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie, zgodnie z metodologią mierzenia kryterium efektyw. zatr., podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 42% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym imigrantów, reemigrantów, osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełn., osób dług. bezrob., osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3, min. 52% pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup os. zarejestrowanych w PUP dla MT. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. poradnictwo zaw., pośrednictwo pracy, staże, jednorazowe środki na rozp. działalności gosp., ref. kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy oraz szkolenia.
