In contrast to the technological development of the company, process and organisational development has not grown at the same pace, so that the comprehensive redesign of all processes is urgently needed in order to sustainably secure and continuously expand the company’s portfolio with all workplaces. Using internal resources and external specialists, the processes are to be completely newly developed and implemented into a modern ERP and CRM system solution within the framework of the project.
