The main aim of the project is to develop, from 100 to 29 persons from 15 to 19, the social competences desired on the labour market in order to shape their attitudes towards social behaviour through a comprehensive support programme (workshops, study visits, networking meetings, voluntary activities) in the -II21-goal of achieving the objectives by: 1.Carry out the verification and validation of social competencies (2).Workshop for social competences 3.Practical measures to improve social competences.With these tools, each OP will receive knowledge based on the practical experience gained during a 10-month programme that provides useful knowledge and skills for the specific needs of the modern labour market in order to enter and keep on it, based, in particular, on the social competences of young people activated and detailed in the implementation of the project. by participating in the 10-page programme of practical activities, each participant in the Project (UP) will develop at least 8 of the 15 areas of competence mentioned in the competition.The UP will also be informed, inter alia, of NGOs’ activities in favour of local communities, volunteering and work in practice of their social skills in the organisation and implementation of their own social initiatives.The whole UP programme will be supported by a tutor/coacha, which will support the path of individual development and the own objectives of the UP, and will benefit from the necessary mentor to develop a social activity for each OP for his/her social/local environment.90 young people under the age of 30, who increase the usefulness of the labour market in the labour market for 40 young people under the age of 30, who are learners in the last years of the education phase in question, which increase the labour market relevance of 40 young people under the age of 30 who have been included in volunteering in favour of NGO5 NGOs whose capacity has been strengthened by UP (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest rozwinięcie u 100 osób od 15 do 29 r.ż. kompetencji społecznych pożądanych na rynku pracy, służących kształtowaniu ich postaw prospołecznych poprzez kompleksowy program wsparcia (warsztaty, wizyty studyjne, spotkania networkingowe, wolontariat) w okresie IV19-II21rOsiągnięcie celów będzie możliwe poprzez:1. Przeprowadzenie weryfikacji i walidacji kompetencji społecznych2. Warsztaty podnoszące kompetencje społeczne3. Praktyczne działania podnoszące kompetencje społeczne. Dzięki użyciu tych narzędzi każdy UP otrzyma wiedzę opartą na realnym doświadczeniu, zdobytym w trakcie 10-cio mies. programu dającego użyteczną i odpowiadającą konkretnemu zapotrzebowaniu współczesnego rynku pracy wiedzę i umiejętności konieczne do wejścia i trzymania się na nim, w oparciu w szczególności tego na kompetencjach społecznych młodych ludzi zaktywizowanych i pogłębionych w ramach realizacji Projektu.Poprzez uczestnictwo w 10-cio mies. programie zajęć praktycznych każdy Uczestnik Projektu (UP) rozwinie co najmniej 8 z 15 kompetencji społ. wymienionych w dok. konkursowej. UP zapoznają się też m.in. z działalnością organizacji NGO na rzecz wspólnot lokalnych, wolontariatem oraz sprawdzą w praktyce swoje umiejętności społ. podczas organizacji i realizacji własnych inicjatyw społecznych.
