The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 168 (89K, 79M) of young people to 29 employment opportunities (K, 30.06.2018M) of young people not participating in training or education (NEETs) with Małopolskie Province, including:84 people living in rural areas outside ITI, 84 people with low skills through, in line with the needs of the employers in the region, development:Mobility after the labour market;Skills facilitating the performance of social and professional roles;— professional qualifications;Practical professional skills.Depending on the individual needs, suitability and degree of autonomy, participants will take part in 1 of the 3 activation paths:A. for 83 persons:Career coaching, Life coaching, vocational training and internship (pathway with the lowest degree of independence) B. for 68 persons:Career coaching, Life coaching and training voucher C. for 17 persons:Career coaching, Life coaching and voucher.Independently of the trajectory, participants will be able to benefit from a settlement voucher.Project participants in the implementation of the 5 substantive tasks will be covered by personalised and comprehensive assistance, psychological support and labour market instruments and services:— to the individualisation of support and assistance in terms of career identification (vocational guidance, individual action plans and work placements);To those who have identified the need to complete or acquire new skills and qualifications (workshops with developing skills that facilitate the implementation of social and professional roles, training/training vouchers with professional qualifications and traineeships/internships).The main output of the project will be to start employment by at least:41 % of the low-qualified participants — 50 % of the remaining participants in the project. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie do 30.06.2018 możliwości zatrudnienia 168 (89K, 79M) osób młodych do 29 r.ż., biernych zawodowo, nieuczestniczących w szkoleniu lub kształceniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) z woj. małopolskiego, w tym min.: 84 osób zamieszkujących obszary wiejskie poza ZIT, 84 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach poprzez, zgodny z zapotrzebowaniem pracodawców w regionie, rozwój: - umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy; - umiejętności ułatwiających pełnienie ról społecznych i zawodowych; - kwalifikacji zawodowych; - praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych. W zależności od indywidualnych potrzeb, predyspozycji i stopnia samodzielności uczestnicy wezmą udział w 1 z 3 ścieżek aktywizacyjnych: A. dla 83 osób: Career coaching, Life coaching, szkolenia zawodowe i staże (ścieżka dla UP cechujących się najmniejszą samodzielnością) B. dla 68 osób: Career coaching, Life coaching i bon szkoleniowy C. dla 17 osób: Career coaching, Life coaching i bon stażowy. Niezależnie od realizowanej ścieżki uczestnicy będą mogli skorzystać z bonu na zasiedlenie. Uczestnicy projektu podczas realizacji 5 zadań merytorycznych zostaną objęci zindywidualizowaną i kompleksowa pomocą, wsparciem psychologicznym oraz instrumentami i usługami rynku pracy: - służącymi indywidualizacji wsparcia i pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej (poradnictwem zawodowym, Indywidualnym Planem Działania oraz pośrednictwem pracy); - skierowanymi do osób, u których zidentyfikowano potrzebę uzupełnienia lub zdobycia nowych umiejętności i kwalifikacji (warsztatami rozwijającymi umiejętności ułatwiających realizację ról społecznych i zawodowych, szkoleniami/bonami szkoleniowymi z kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz staży/bonami stażowym). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: - 41% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach - 50% pozostałych uczestników projektu. (Polish)
