Kêpice), who will acquire skills and competences through an individual and comprehensive activation career and professional experience between 10.2017 and 11.2018 and of which 43 % (2K/8M) will be recruited at the end of their participation in the project.The partnership will achieve the results of 22 individuals (6K, 16M) after leaving the programme of additional qualifications, which will increase their chances on the labour market.The planned educational and professional support will provide comprehensive support for the porridge.The development of IPDs will determine the predisposition and preference will allow the development of a career path.The organisation of courses, traineeships (culminating in an examination and obtaining the relevant rights), in close cooperation with the partner, valued by the employer, GRAS, from a temperature of Kêpice, will acquire new competences and qualifications, as well as practical training, which will make it easier to find a job.In addition to the long-term support of the adviser, a coacha/a psychologist will receive the materials of a dyter, a training and internship grant, meals, travel expenses, which will break the defined barriers to participation.By financing the longest commuting, their geographical mobility will increase.The results have a lasting change:43 % of participants will be recruited at the end of the project.Recruitment will be carried out in cooperation with the OPs, PLO, municipal authorities and NGOs, in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities.The purpose of the project is in line with the objective of the slot.Increase in employment opportunities for young people by 29, including in particular, those who are not in education and training (NEETs);strategic documents of the Słupsk district, m.     Celem gł. proj. jest gotowość do zatrudnienia 22 osób (6K/16M) w wieku 18-29 lat, niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy, biernych zawodowo mieszkańców powiatu słupskiego i m. Słupska (w tym 12 os. z gm. Kępice), którzy poprzez indywidualną i kompleksową aktywizację zawodowo-edukacyjną oraz staż zawodowy w okresie od 10.2017 do 11.2018 r. uzyskają kwalifikacje i kompetencje i z których 43% (2K/8M) podejmie zatrudnienie po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie. Dzięki partnerskiej realizacji proj. zostaną osiągnięte rezultaty zakładające uzyskanie przez 22 osoby (6K,16M) po opuszczeniu programu dodatkowych kwalifikacji, co zwiększy ich szanse na rynku pracy. Zaplanowane wsparcie edukacyjno-zawodowe zapewni kompleksowe wsparcie uczestniko porjektu. Opracowanie IPD określi predyspozycje i preferencje zawod., pozwoli na zaprojektowanie ścieżki rozwoju zawodowego. Organizacja kursów, staży (kończących się egzaminem i uzyskaniem stosownych uprawnień) w ścisłej współpracy z partnerem – cenionym pracodawcą firmą GRAS z ternu gm. Kępice zapewni zdobycie nowych kompetencji i kwalifikacji oraz praktyczną naukę zawodu, co ułatwi znalezienie pracy. UP oprócz długoterminowego wsparcia doradcy, coacha/psychologa otrzymają materiały dydakt, stypendium szkoleniowe i stażowe, wyżywienie, zwrot kosztów przejazdu, co złamie zdefiniowane bariery uczestnictwa. Dzięki sfinansowaniu najdalszych dojazdów do pracy przez pierwszy m-c zatrudnienia wzrośnie ich mobilność geograficzna. Rezultaty niosą trwałą zmianę: 43% uczestników po zakończeniu proj. podejmie zatrudnienie. Rekrutacja prowadzona będzie przy współpracy z OPS, PUP, gminnymi samorządami i NGO, zgodnie z zasadą równ. szans. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celem szczeg.
