The project will consist of the implementation of the implementation activities developed under Phase I of Action 1.4.A design strategy.The project will start in 06.2017 the procedures for selecting contractors for services.A range of design actions has been selected for implementation, which is in line with the business strategy of BUMERA Sp..o.Actions will be carried out:(a) Policy adviser to develop design projects for new products and authors of conceptual and graphic works leading to the implementation of specific recommendations of a new product strategy, (b) implementation-advisory measures designed to supplement the competences of the team implementing the new product, (c) implementation, aimed at the introduction of new technologies for the operation of the new technologies which will enable the expansion of the company’s product portfolio and the placing on the market of new products (product innovations) (d) implementation, organised internally by BUMERA’s staff, in the form of organisational and marketing changes aimed at the introduction and use of modelled processes in business operations.Implementation of the following recommendations is planned:1.A complement to the team involved in the process of developing a new product, 2.Tapping the potential of design designers, 3.The development and diversification of the powder portfolio.New furniture systems and accessories, 4.Improving the presentation of the offer, 5.Technology to meet the challenge of expanding the portfolio in accordance with trends, 6.Verification of the production process, in the context of the planned augmentation.Development of sales channels, 8.Development of selected brand values, 9.Cleaning up of market communication, 10.Implementation of PMS, 11.Implement a simple customer relationship management system, 12.Implementation of marketing measures.     Projekt będzie polegał na realizacji działań związanych z wdrożeniem opracowanej w ramach Etapu I działania 1.4. POPW strategii wzorniczej. Projekt rozpocznie się w 06. 2017r. procedurami wyboru wykonawców usług. Do wdrożenia wybrano zakres działań wzorniczych, który jest zgodny ze strategią biznesową firmy BUMERA Sp.o.o.. Przeprowadzone zostaną działania: a) projektowe- doradcze- mające na celu opracowanie projektów wzorniczych dla nowych produktów oraz autorskich opracowań koncepcyjnych i graficznych prowadzących do wdrożenia poszczególnych rekomendacji strategii wzorniczej, b) wdrożeniowe- doradcze – mające na celu uzupełnienie kompetencji zespołu realizującego proces rozwoju nowego produktu, c) wdrożeniowe- inwestycyjne – mające na celu wprowadzenie do działalności przedsięb. nowych technologii, dzięki którym możliwe będzie rozszerzenie portfela produktowego firmy oraz wprowadzenie na rynek nowych produktów (innowacji produktowej) d) wdrożeniowe- organizacyjne- realizowane wewnętrznie przez kadrę firmy BUMERA w postaci zmian organizacyjnych i marketingowych mających na celu wprowadzenie i stosowanie procesów wzorniczych w działalności przedsięb. Planowane jest wdrożenie następujących rekomendacji: 1. Uzupełnienie komp. zespołu realizującego proces rozwoju nowego produktu, 2. Wykorzystanie potencjału projektantów wzornictwa przem., 3. Rozwój i zróżnicowanie portfela prod. – nowe systemy mebli oraz wyposażenie dodatkowe, 4. Poprawienie sposobu prezentacji oferty, 5. Uzupełnienie wykorzyst. technologi w celu sprostania wyzwaniu rozszerzenia portfela prod. zgodnie z trendami, 6. Weryfikacja procesu produkcji, w kontekście planowanego rozszerz. portfela prod., 7. Rozwój kanałów sprzedaży, 8. Rozwinięcie wybranych wartości marki, 9. Uporządkowanie jęz. w komunikacji market., 10. Wdrożenie zarządzania cenami, 11.
