Das zur Förderung beantragte Vorhaben umfasst die Errichtung eines exquisiten Bed & Breakfast mit sieben individuell gestalteten Gästezimmern im sog. Gründungsviertel auf der Lübecker Altstadtinsel. Das Gebäude soll unter Berücksichtigung baubiologischer Grundsätze erstellt und betrieben werden. Der Zugang sowie mindestens zwei der Zimmer werden barrierefrei gestaltet sein. Als Hauptzielgruppe sollen kulturaffine Städtereisende umworben werden. Mit dem Vorhaben ist die Schaffung von Dauerarbeitsplätzen verbunden. (German)
