Zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt kann das Hotel seine Marktposition – insbesondere mit Blick auf das bisher angestrebte Segment – nur durch eine sehr zurückhaltende Preisgestaltung behaupten. Eine grundständige Überarbeitung des Hotelkonzepts, einschließlich der Modernisierung und Erweiterung des bisherigen Hotelbetriebs, soll dazu beitragen neue Gästeschichten zu erschließen und sich in einem günstigen Marktumfeld langfristig erfolgreich platzieren zu können.
