Reference_reference_projet:SA 42799 (2015/X):Article 19 of the Project (P) is the development and implementation of a comprehensive set of tools which will contribute to the internationalisation of the products of the cluster and its individual members.Within the scope of the P, it is planned to develop and make available a Coin Training Platform which supports the companies’ competence to develop exports to the selected markets, taking into account the specificities of the medical sector, in particular medical devices and devices and ICT solutions.A platform containing developed internationalisation material will be enhanced on an ongoing basis by its members with or during the project’s internationalisation experience.A comprehensive report will be produced summarising the rules for implementing the export strategy of companies from the cluster.This guide will take stock of the experience gained from the study of the study and the experience of the team members resulting from the work on the implementation of an internet user strategy (participation in events, legal requirements, market specificities, etc.).A sustainable product will be a internationalisation strategy and a common marketing plan for activities in forward markets subsequently made available for use in general.In support of the internationalisation of products, cluster visits will be organised for a fair trade fair, selected on the basis of an analysis of the possibilities available to promote global medical solutions and the individual needs of the participants, economic missions will be organised to raise awareness of new technologies and solutions in the field of medicine and to establish direct contacts.Participants will be able to participate in key sectoral events. Numer_referencyjny_progamu pomocowego: SA 42799(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art.19 Przedmiotem Projektu (P)jest opracowanie i implementacja kompleksowego zestawu narzędzi, które przyczynią się do internacjonalizacji produktów wspólnych Klastra oraz jego poszczególnych członków. W ramach P planowane jest opracowanie i udostępnienie platformy szkoleniowo - doradczej (COIN) wspierającej kompetencje firm w zakresie rozwoju eksportu na wybrane rynki z uwzględnieniem specyfiki branży medycznej w szczególności wyrobów i urządzeń medycznych i rozwiązań ICT. Platforma zawierająca opracowane materiały związane z internacjonalizacją będzie na bieżąco wzbogacana przez jej członków, którzy posiadają lub w trakcie projektu nabędą doświadczenia w zakresie internacjonalizacji. Sporządzony zostanie obszerny raport podsumowujący zasady realizacji strategii eksportowej firm z klastra tzw. przewodnik. Przewodnik ten będzie podsumowaniem doświadczeń zebranych na podstawie analizy case study oraz doświadczeń członków zespołu wynikających z pracy nad realizacją strategii internac.(uczestnictwo w eventach, wymagania prawne, specyfika rynku itp.). Trwałym produktem Klastra będzie strategia internacjonalizacji i wspólny plan marketingowy w zakresie działań na rynkach perspektywicznych udostępniany następnie do ogólnego wykorzystania. W ramach wsparcia internacjonalizacji produktów Klastra zorganizowane zostaną wyjazdy na targi o najszerszym zasięgu międzynarod., wybranych na postawie analizy dostępnych możliwości promocji rozwiązań medycznych na świecie oraz indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników P. Zorganizowane zostaną misje gospodarcze mające na celu pozyskanie wiedzy na temat nowych technologii i rozwiązań w obszarze medycyny oraz nawiązanie bezpośrednich kontaktów. Uczestnicy P będą mieli możliwość uczestnictwa w najważniejszych branżowych wydarzeniach (Polish)
