The project consists of development work (PR) to build, optimise and validate a pilot prototype of a technology line that reflects the innovative technology for the varnishing and deep soaking of liners for PVC with a significant distinctive feature on the market. The pilot line will be based on the results of industrial research carried out independently and on behalf of Lentex S.A. (the Applicant). The concept of technology has been declared for patent protection in the national procedure as an invention & pressing;method of producing deep moletated and lavote-PVC liners (notification No P.425033 of 26/03/2018).The state of the art report of 12/04/2018 confirmed the international innovation by concluding assessment A only for all the concerns. The result of the project will be implemented in the applicant’s production activities in Poland and will allow the offer to be extended with a significantly improved PVC lining, i.e. the lining of the extruded PVC of an evenly distributed PVC which will make it easier for it to operate and make it more environmentally friendly. Thanks to the pressing of the specimen, the specimen on the ground is more natural and the coating of the liner is secured. The improved products are in the expectations of the target group, which is looking for floor coverings combining the most natural appearance with maximum resilience to intensive use, easy maintenance and safety for users. The project consists of 4 phases of R & D:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014). (Wnioskodawcy). Koncepcję technologii zgłoszono do ochrony patentowej w procedurze krajowej jako wynalazek – sposób wytwarzania głęboko moletowanej i lakierowanej wykładziny z PVC (zgłoszenie nr P.425033 z 26/03/2018). Projekt obejmuje 4 etapy B+R. Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). (Polish)
