Das ehemalige Werksgelände II der Firma Otto Limburg ("OLI II") in Bürstadt liegt seit der Betriebsaufgabe Ende der 1980er Jahre brach. Das Gelände ist in Folge der früheren Metallverarbeitung mit Bodenverunreinigungen belastet und nach einem Brand mit Gewerberuinen versehen. Ziele sind die Behebung eines langjährigen städtebaulichen Missstands, die Entwicklung eines innenstadtnahen Wohnbaugebiets sowie die Entsiegelung baulich intensiv genutzter Gewerbegrundstücke.
