Im "Haus der Energie" in Erbach wird eine Beratungsstelle zur Impulsberatung eingerichtet. Hierdurch kann ein "Erstkontakt" zu diesem Thema dargestellt werden, welcher es den Energieverbrauchern ermöglicht einen einfachen Eintritt zu den Themen zu erhalten. Hiernach können nach einer erfolgten Impulsberatung die je nach Energieverbraucher bestehenden Detailfragen zielgerichtet in einer individuellen Energieberatung weiterverfolgt werden. Diese Detailberatung wird nicht seitens der Energieagentur durchgeführt. (German)
