Durch dieses Projekt wollen wir durch die Nutzung der ständig verfügbaren Wärmequelle Abwasser den Ilsfelder Bürgern eine ökologische und ökonomische Wärmeversorgung anbieten. Das etwa 10 °C warme, geklärte Abwasser wird über Wärmepumpen für Heizzwecke nutzbar gemacht und danach wieder der Schozach zugeführt. Die Abwasserwärmenutzung wird durch die Einbindung von Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung sowie Biomasse ergänzt. Dieser Energiemix bietet zukünftig ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität bei der Wärmebereitstellung sowie ein hohes Maß an CO2-Einsparung. Dadurch und durch die fehlenden Gewinnabsichten des Eigenbetriebs soll eine gedämpfte Preisentwicklung für den Endkunden erreicht werden. Zudem soll durch die regionale Wertschöpfung der Kaufkraftabfluss verringert werden. (German)
