    Ziel ist der Aufbau eines neuartigen humanen Testsystems zu entzündlichem Fettgewebe. Zum Aufbau des Systems sollen, durch eine prozessbegleitende Analytik, definierte Zellkulturmedien frei von Supplementen tierischen Ursprungs entwickelt werden. Ein entzündliches Fettgewebemodell kann einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Erforschung und Behandlung weit verbreiteter Zivilisationserkrankungen wie Adipositas und Diabetes leisten. Zum Erreichen dieses ambitionierten Ziels stärken die Hochschulen Reutlingen und Esslingen sowie die PELOBiotech GmbH ihre anwendungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit. Dank der parallelen Entwicklung definierter Medien und der begleitenden Prozessanalytik ist eine schnelle wirtschaftliche Wertschöpfung realisierbar. Um ein Upscaling und die erforderliche Standardisierung der Produktion für einen schnelleren Markteintritt des Gewebemodells z.B. für die Pharmaindustrie zu erreichen, wird zudem der manuelle Aufbau des Fettgewebemodells mit einer additiven Fertigung verglichen. An inflammatory fatty tissue model can make a significant contribution to the research and treatment of widespread civilisation diseases such as obesity and diabetes. To achieve this ambitious goal, the universities of Reutlingen and Esslingen and PELOBiotech GmbH are strengthening their application-oriented cooperation. Thanks to the parallel development of defined media and the accompanying process analysis, fast economic value creation can be realised. In order to achieve upscaling and the necessary standardisation of production for a faster market entry of the tissue model, e.g. for the pharmaceutical industry, the manual structure of the fat tissue model is compared with additive manufacturing.
