Das viergeschossige Verwaltungsgebäude wird in Holzhybridbauweise errichtet. Um den ökologischen Ansatz des Bauwerks zu unterstreichen erhält das Gebäude eine Ziegelfassade. Die Gebäudehülle wird in Passivhausqualität erstellt.
