    Esta actuación aborda dos de las potencialidades identificadas en la Estrategia DUSI Moguer 2020 como el desarrollo de actuaciones que aprovechen el potencial turístico y cultural del municipio para la diversificación de la economía y la generación de empleo estable y de calidad y la rehabilitación de edificios existentes para acoger actividades sociales, formativas para la promoción del empleo y el emprendimiento.     This action addresses two of the potentialities identified in the Strategy DUSI Moguer 2020 as the development of actions that take advantage of the tourist and cultural potential of the municipality, in order to diversify the economy and the generation of stable and quality employment, and to rehabilitate existing buildings to host social activities as well as training for the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship._x000D_ In this sense, the municipal building that currently holds the municipal market of Moguer and some activities of local associations has been identified as a suitable place to develop the above-mentioned potentialities. Specifically, the action is focused on the adaptation of a part of the second floor of the market building and the incorporation of some disused spaces within it for the development of a training centre in hotel management and tourism in Moguer that holds a multipurpose management classroom, a training and practice area and a warehouse for the collection of products in addition to the facilities, common areas and services that allow independent access to the current market._x000D_ This location is considered to be the most appropriate since this new infrastructure is located in an area identified by the DUSI Moguer 2020 Strategy as a priority within Thematic Objective 9 for the diversification of the economy and the strengthening of the local social and productive job market as a necessary complement to achieve attractive, multicultural and dynamic urban spaces capable of attracting population. _x000D_ At the same time, its location just above the market allows it to easily generate synergies between the hotel and tourism training centre and the market, thus enabling the promotion and development of initiatives that would increase awareness and value to the local products generated in Moguer.
