ACTIVITY 1.- CONFIGURATION OF ICT SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTION BETWEEN RECIPIENTS: 1.1. CHATBOT/HEALTHBOT CREATION IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WITH A SERIES OF PARAMETERS OF PROFILES AND CONVERSATIONAL BEHAVIORS THAT PROVIDES THE VALUE OF INTERACTIVITY IN A SIMULATED ENVIRONMENT WITH DIFFERENT PATHS OR CONVERSATION PROFILES ACCORDING TO NEEDS OR OBJECTIVES AND THAT TAKES A STEP BEYOND THE SIMPLE WEB INTERFACE. FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE PLATFORM AND TO ENSURE THE PROPER USE OF THE ICT CONTENT AND TOOLS DEVELOPED IN THE PROJECT, AS WELL AS FOR ITS DISSEMINATION AND REVITALISATION, IT IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE VIRTUAL TRAINING IN DIGITAL SKILLS OF MANAGERS AND GROUPS INVOLVED YOUNG FORM (MEMBERS OF THE MOTOR GROUP, HEALTH PROFESSIONALS INVOLVED AND YOUNG MEDIATORS).
