El objeto es digitalizar y alinear todos los departamentos de la empresa, en consonancia con el plan estratégico de la sociedad (ser líder en su zona de influencia, Granada y Málaga, como proveedor de referencia para el sector hortofrutícola). Para ello se plantea la Implantación de un ERP-CRM que controle de forma centralizada cada transacción, control de costes, producción, stock, etc., incluyendo los módulos Contabilidad y Finanzas, Logística, Bussines Intelligence, Procesos de tecnología y Recursos Humanos. Se han incorporado tanto las Licencias de la Aplicación Informática SAP Business One, como los costes de Consultoría asociados al análisis, instalación, configuración y formación en las mismas.Asimismo, se plantea la mejora de la infraestructura hardware para dar cobertura y soporte a las nuevas aplicaciones y el diseno y desarrollo de una web autogestionable, cerrando la digitalización total de todos los procesos. The aim is to digitise and align all the departments of the company, in line with the strategic plan of the company (be leader in its area of influence, Granada and Malaga, as a reference supplier for the fruit and vegetable sector). To this end, we propose the implementation of an ERP-CRM that centrally controls each transaction, cost control, production, stock, etc., including the modules Accounting and Finance, Logistics, Bussines Intelligence, Technology Processes and Human Resources. Both SAP Business One IT Application Licenses have been incorporated, as well as the consulting costs associated with the analysis, installation, configuration and training in them. Also, the improvement of the hardware infrastructure is proposed to provide coverage and support to new applications and the design and development of a self-managed web, closing the total digitisation of all processes.
