Obiectivul general al proiectului este reprezentat de ”imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte, competente si aptitudini ale personalului intreprinderilor care asigura distributia pentru intreprinderi care isi desfasoara activitatea in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI” In vederea justificarii convergentei interventiei cu tintele stabilite prin Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate 2015-2020 si ale Strategiei Nationale de Cercetare, Dezvoltare si Inovare 2014-2020, Solicitantul si-a propus sa se asigure ca angajatii care vor participa la programul de FPC provin din intreprinderi care asigura distributia pentru intreprinderi care sunt active in sectoarele economic delimitate de SNC si respectiv in domeniile de specializare inteligenta cnf. SNCDI. Aceasta masura este in conformitate cu prevederile HG 640/2018 de modificare a SNC, aprobata prin HG 775/2015. In proiectul de fata, estimam ca obiectivul asumat impacteaza (e drept, intr-o masura mai mare sau mai mica) toate sectoarele si domeniile prioritare, in conditiile in care „este nevoie si de un sistem de distributie eficient care sa asigure legatura dintre produsele sectoarelor identificate ca fiind de viitor si utilizatorii finali in siguranta si cu costuri minime”. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului (OS 3.8) intrucat isi asuma ca cel putin 330 angajati din distributie sa parcurga programul de formare profesionala continua acreditat de ANC si sa poata implementa metode si practici moderne in gestionarea activitatii lor de distributie, iar cresterea calitatii serviciilor pe care le presteaza sa aiba un impact direct in dezvoltarea sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv/domeniile de specializare inteligenta identificate in strategiile nationale. MODUL IN CARE PROIECTUL CONTRIBUIE LA REALIZAREA OBIECTIVULUI SPECIFIC AL PROGRAMULUI SI APELULUI, GENERAND UN EFECT POZITIV PE TERMEN LUNG: -creste gradul de constientizare asupra beneficiilor participarii la programe de formare profesioanala pe tot parcursul vietii, prin intermediul diseminarii de bune practici; -formeaza si dezvolta competente profesionale adaptate la cele mai recente evolutii si schimbari din piata distributiei prin intermediul programelor de formare profesionala acreditate ANC; -formeaza si dezvolta competente transversale, transferabile, necesare pentru a mentine competitivitatea unui angajat pe termen mediu si lung; -incurajeaza crearea de conditii de lucru imbunatatite atat pentru membrii grupului tinta cat si pentru alti angajati din intreprinderile in care acestia isi desfasoara activitatea. -ajuta la dezvoltarea de strategii/proiecte/programe de FPC care sa sustina competitivitatea companiilor pe piata, in sectoarele cele mai dinamice si cu potential ridicat de dezvoltare la nivel national si global; -sustine implementarea de masuri pentru sustinerea dezvoltar (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to “improve the level of knowledge, competences and skills of the personnel of the enterprises that provide distribution for enterprises that operate in the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI” In order to justify the convergence of the intervention with the targets established by the National Strategy for Competitiveness 2015-2020 and the National Strategy for Research, Development and Innovation 2014-2020, the applicant has proposed to ensure that the employees who will participate in the CVT program come from enterprises that provide distribution for enterprises that are active in the economic sectors delimited by the respective SNC and the respective smart fields. SNCDI. This measure is in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No 640/2018 amending the SNC, approved by Government Decision No 775/2015. In this project, we estimate that the assumed objective impacts (e.g. to a greater or lesser extent) all priority sectors and areas, given that “an efficient distribution system is also needed to ensure the link between the products of the sectors identified as being of the future and the end users in a safe and minimal cost”. The project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call (OS 3.8) as it assumes that at least 330 employees in the distribution to go through the continuous training program accredited by the NCA and to be able to implement modern methods and practices in managing their distribution activity, and increasing the quality of the services they provide to have a direct impact in the development of the economic sectors with competitive potential/the areas of intelligent specialisation identified in the national strategies. HOW THE PROJECT CONTRIBUTES TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME AND CALL, GENERATING A LONG-TERM POSITIVE EFFECT: —increases awareness of the benefits of participating in lifelong professional training programmes through the dissemination of good practices; — trains and develops professional skills adapted to the latest developments and changes in the distribution market through the ANC accredited professional training programs; — trains and develops cross-cutting, transferable skills, necessary to maintain the competitiveness of an employee in the medium and long term; —encourages the creation of improved working conditions for both the target group members and other employees in the enterprises in which they operate. —help to develop strategies/projects/PCT programmes to support the competitiveness of companies on the market, in the most dynamic sectors and with high potential for development at national and global level; —support the implementation of measures to support the development (English)
