    OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului il reprezinta: Cresterea numarului de participanti la programele de formare profesională continuă, cu cel putin 555 de angajati din regiunile NE, SE si CENTRU, cu accent pe acei adulți, cu un nivel scăzut de calificare, din zone rurale defavorizate și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, inclusiv prin recunoașterea și certificarea rezultatelor învățării dobândite în contexte non-formale și informale. Pentru atingerea acestui obiectiv general, am propus implementarea unui set de activitati, dedicat grupului tinta de 555 pers, identificat si recrutat din regiunile Nord-Est -230 pers. (jud BC, BT, NT), Sud-Est -175 pers. (jud.BZ, GL, CT) si Centru 150 (jud. CV, HR si MS), set care va include: servicii specializate pentru stimularea ocuparii constand in furnizarea de servicii personalizate de informare, consiliere profesionala si tutorat pt 555 pers, furnizarea de programe de formare profesionala a adultilor pentru 280 persoane, evaluarea si certificarea competentelor profesionale obtinute pe alte cai decat cele formale pentru 275 persoane, din acelasi grup tinta. Rezultatele obtinute, ca urmare a acestor activitati, vor conduce, in mod evident, la cresterea numarului de angajati care au acces la un curs de calificare/ specializare, si care vor promova la actualul loc de munca, sau isi vor gasi un nou loc de munca, conform calificari dobandite prin proiect. Atingerea obiectivului general propus de noi in proiect este in concordanta cu prevederile si prioritatile cuprinse in: POCU, Axa prioritara nr. 6 - Educatie si competente Prioritatea de investitii – 10.iii. “Imbunatatirea accesului egal la invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii pentru toate grupurile de varsta intr-un cadru formal, non-formal sau informal, actualizarea cunostintelor, a aptitudinilor si a competentelor fortei de munca si promovarea unor cai de invatare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesionala si prin validarea competentelor dobandite; Obiectiv Specific.6.12. - Cresterea participarii la programele de formare profesionala continua, cu accent pe acei adulti, cu un nivel scazut de calificare si persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoasterea si certificarea rezultatelor invatarii dobandite in contexte nonformale si informale. Astfel, furnizarea serviciului de informare, consiliere profesionala si tutorat, pentru 555 pers, asigura un suport informational necesar in activitatile urmatoare la care vor participa, este un serviciu personalizat prin: evaluare individuala din punct de vedere aptitudinal, stabilirea traseului profesional, dezvoltarea abilitatii si increderii in sine, aspecte privind egalitatea de sanse si de gen si respectarea diversitatii, informatii privind piata muncii, recomandarea pt inscrierea la un program de formare profesionala pliat pe aptitudinile fiecarei pers si functie de nivelul de studii sau participarea la activitatea de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale ob (Romanian)

    The GENERAL objective of the project is: Increasing the number of participants in continuous vocational training programmes, with at least 555 employees from NE, SE and CENTRU regions, focusing on those low-skilled adults from disadvantaged rural areas and people over 40, including through the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts. In order to achieve this general objective, we proposed to implement a set of activities, dedicated to the target group of 555 pers, identified and recruited from North-East regions -230 pers. (county BC, BT, NT), South-East -175 pers. (jud.BZ, GL, CT) and Center 150 (county. CV, HR and MS), a set that will include: specialised services for stimulating employment consisting of providing personalised information services, professional counselling and tutoring for 555 pers, providing adult training programs for 280 persons, assessing and certifying professional skills obtained on other than formal paths for 275 persons, from the same target group. The results obtained, as a result of these activities, will obviously lead to an increase in the number of employees who have access to a qualification/specialisation course, and who will promote to the current job, or will find a new job, according to the qualifications acquired through the project. The achievement of the general objective proposed by us in the project is consistent with the provisions and priorities contained in: POCU, Priority Axis no. 6 – Education and Competences Investment Priority – 10.iii. “Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways, including through professional guidance and validation of acquired skills; Specific Objective.6.12. — Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programs, with a focus on those adults, with a low level of qualification and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas, including through recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts. Thus, the provision of the information service, professional counselling and tutoring, for 555 pers, provides the necessary informational support in the following activities in which they will participate, is a personalised service through: individual assessment from an aptitude point of view, determination of the professional path, development of skills and self-confidence, aspects of equal opportunities and gender and respect for diversity, information on the labour market, recommendation for enrolment in a vocational training program folded on the skills of each person and depending on the level of education or participation in the activity of assessing and certifying professional competences (English)
