Obiectivul principal al proiectului este reconversia functionala si reutilizarea unui teren degradat aflat in domeniul public al Orasului Magurele, localitatea Dumitrana, in suprafata totala de 60923 mp. Aici se va amenaja un parc destinat activitatilor recreative in care fiecare locuitor al orasului Magurele poate alege fie sa practice sporturi diverse pe cele 5 terenuri de tenis si multifunctionale prevazute, sa merga cu bicicleta sau cu rolele pe pista special amenajata, sa petreaca timp de calitate in mijlocul naturii admirand peisajul si vegetatia odihnindu-se in pavilioanele speciale sau pe bancutele dispuse pe aleile parcului, participand la evenimente culturale in cadrul teatrului etc. Toate aceste facilitati vor fi puse la dispozitia locuitorilor orasului si a oricarui vizitator in mod gratuit, fara taxe de acces sau tarife de vizitare. The main objective of the project is the functional reconversion and reuse of a degraded land in the public domain of Magurele City, Dumitrana, with a total area of 60923 sqm. Here will be arranged a park for recreational activities in which every inhabitant of Magurele can choose either to practice various sports on the 5 tennis and multifunctional courts provided, to ride bikes or rollers on the specially designed track, to spend quality time in the middle of nature admiring the landscape and vegetation resting in the special pavilions or on the banutes arranged on the alleys of the park, participating in cultural events within the theatre, etc. All these facilities will be made available to the residents of the city and to any visitor free of charge, without access fees or visiting fees.
