    Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale pentru 510 persoane (manageri, antreprenori si angajati din departamentele de resurse umane ale intreprinderilor) din Regiunea Vest si furnizarea de instrumente, metode si practici standard de management al resurselor umane si de conditii de lucru imbunatatite in vederea adaptarii activitatilor la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC/domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Proiectul are un impact semnificativ la nivelul Regiunii Vest deoarece isi propune formarea profesionala a unui numar semnificativ de persoane (510) si sprijinirea unui numar mare de IMM (54) pentru planificarea strategica in vederea adaptarii la schimbare si la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv. Avand in vedere experienta si rezultatele obtinute pana in prezent de Solicitant in domeniul formarii profesionale si sprijinirii intreprinderilor, dar si interesul identificat in randul intreprinderilor si persoanelor din cele 3 categorii de grup tinta din Regiunea Vest pentru participarea la proiect, exista premise ca proiectul sa produca efecte de durata atat in privinta cresterii participarii la formarea pe tot parcursul vietii/cresterii nivelului de competente a resurselor umane din intreprinderi, cat si in privinta stimularii si dezvoltarii competitivitatii intreprinderilor prin accelerarea adaptarii la schimbare si la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv. Obiectivul general al proiectului se va realiza prin masuri complete, complexe si inovative, care raspund nevoilor specifice ale grupului tinta, identificate in analiza nevoilor persoanelor si intreprinderilor: informare (inclusiv informare specializata); dezvoltarea competentelor manageriale, antreprenoriale si in domeniul resurselor umane (printr-o oferta diversificata de cursuri de formare profesionala: Competente antreprenoriale; Manager inovare; Management strategic/Director program; Manager proiect; Tehnici de imbunătățire a proceselor, Lean – Introducere pentru Management, Lean – 5S și Standardizare, Lean – Stabilirea obiectivelor și Management vizual, Six Sigma Champion, Managementul timpului, Change Management/ Managementul Schimbarii, Leadership pentru companiile mici si mijlocii, Masurarea si cresterea satisfactiei clientului; Exam Prep si certificari PMP si CAPM si program de formare Manager coach; Manager resurse umane, Inspector resurse umane) si servicii de sprijin specializat (consultanta in management si afaceri, respectiv in domeniul resurselor umane), sprijin pentru planificare strategica, asigurarea aplicarii principiilor managementului schimbarii si servicii de mentorat in afaceri si management, dublate de adaparea continua a masurilor de sprijin in functie de feedback-ul participantilor (servicii de cercetare sociologica 1.2), concluziile monitorizarii/evaluarii formarii profesionale (2.2 si 3.2) si validarea obtinuta din partea fac (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to develop professional skills for 510 people (managers, entrepreneurs and employees from the human resources departments of enterprises) in the West Region and to provide tools, methods and standard practices of human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activities to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC/SNCDI domains of intelligent specialisation. The project has a significant impact at West Region level because it aims to train a significant number of people (510) and to support a large number of SMEs (54) for strategic planning in order to adapt to change and to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential. Given the experience and results achieved so far by the Applicant in the field of professional training and business support, as well as the interest identified among the enterprises and individuals from the 3 target groups in the West Region for participation in the project, there are prerequisites for the project to produce lasting effects both in terms of increasing participation in lifelong training/increasing the level of competence of human resources in enterprises, as well as in terms of stimulating and developing the competitiveness of enterprises by accelerating adaptation to change and to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential. The general objective of the project will be achieved through comprehensive, complex and innovative measures that meet the specific needs of the target group, identified in the analysis of the needs of individuals and enterprises: information (including specialised information); development of managerial, entrepreneurial and human resources skills (through a diversified offer of professional training courses: Entrepreneurial skills; Innovation manager; Strategic management/Programme Director; Project manager; Process Improvement Techniques, Lean – Introduction for Management, Lean – 5S and Standardisation, Lean – Objective Setting and Visual Management, Six Sigma Champion, Time Management, Change Management/Change Management, Leadership for Small and Medium Enterprises, Measurement and Increase Customer Satisfaction; Exam Prep and PMP and CAPM certifications and coach manager training program; Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Inspector) and specialised support services (management and business consultancy, respectively in the field of human resources), support for strategic planning, ensuring the application of the principles of change management and mentoring services in business and management, doubled by the continuous adaptation of support measures according to participants’ feedback (sociological research services 1.2), conclusions of monitoring/evaluation of professional training (2.2 and 3.2) and validation obtained from (English)
