The aim of this project “Developing skills of PROFiber Networking s.r.o. employees” is to increase the sectoral skills of employees with the potential for future professional and career development. The project will be implemented between 05/2019 and 12/2020, i.e. 20 months in Trnava, ul. Bernolákova 2, which by its location belongs to the category of less developed region. The target group is the employees of PROFiber Networking s.r.o. The implementation of training activities, consisting of consistent theoretical and practical training, will contribute to increasing the professional competence of employees, as one of the primary determinants of long-term prosperity and competitiveness of PROFiber Networking s.r.o.. The project is in line with the specific objective of call 3.1.2 Improve access to the labour market by applying effective employment support tools, including supporting mobility for employment, self-employment and activities in rural areas, as well as in accordance with the horizontal principles of sustainable development, promotion of equality between men and women and non-discrimination, as defined in the Partnership Agreement of the Slovak Republic for 2014-2020 and Articles 7 and 8 of the General Regulation. The measurable indicators to be achieved through the implementation of the project were determined as follows: Employed persons, including the self-employed, i.e. the sum of the number of employed and self-employed persons who have received ESF-5 support and participants who have successfully completed education/training, i.e. the sum of the number of persons who have received ESF support and have successfully completed education, educational activities or training – 5. The total eligible expenditure of the project is EUR 30 537.45, while taking into account 0 % of the applicant’s co-financing, the total eligible expenditure is identical to the requested amount of the grant. The main activities of the project are: Professional development of sectoral skills, including employees‘ICT skills, and supporting the development of employees’ work skills. Cieľom predkladaného projektu Rozvoj zručností zamestnancov spoločnosti PROFiber Networking s.r.o. je zvýšiť sektorové zručnosti zamestnancov s potenciálom k budúcemu odbornému a kariérnemu rastu. Projekt bude realizovaný v období od 05/2019 do 12/2020, t. j. 20 mesiacov v meste Trnava, ul. Bernolákova 2, ktoré svojou polohou spadá do kategórie menej rozvinutého regiónu. Cieľovou skupinou sú zamestnanci spoločnosti PROFiber Networking s.r.o. Realizácia vzdelávacích aktivít, spočívajúca v dôslednej teoretickej a praktickej príprave prispeje k zvýšeniu odbornej spôsobilosti zamestnancov, ako jedného z primárnych determinantov dlhodobej prosperity a konkurencieschopnosti PROFiber Networking s.r.o. Projekt je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom výzvy 3.1.2 Zlepšiť prístup na trh práce uplatnením účinných nástrojov na podporu zamestnanosti, vrátane podpory mobility pre získanie zamestnania, samostatnej zárobkovej činnosti a aktivít vo vidieckych oblastiach, ako aj v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi udržateľný rozvoj, podpora rovnosti mužov a žien a nediskriminácia, ktoré sú definované v Partnerskej dohode SR na roky 2014 – 2020 a v čl. 7 a 8 všeobecného nariadenia. Merateľné ukazovatele, ktoré budú dosiahnuté realizáciou projektu boli určené nasledovne: Zamestnané osoby, vrátane samostatne zárobkovo činných osôb, t. j. súčet počtu zamestnaných osôb a samostatne zárobkovo činných osôb, ktoré prijali podporu ESF – 5 a Účastníci, ktorí úspešne absolvovali vzdelávanie / odbornú prípravu, t. j. súčet počtu osôb, ktoré prijali podporu ESF, a ktoré úspešne absolvovali vzdelávanie, vzdelávacie aktivity alebo odbornú prípravu – 5. Výška celkových oprávnených výdavkov projektu je 30 537,45 € EUR, pričom vzhľadom na 0% spolufinancovanie žiadateľa je určená výška celkových oprávnených výdavkov identická so žiadanou výškou NFP. Hlavné aktivity projektu sú: Profesijný rozvoj sektorových zručností vrátane IKT zručností zamestnancov a Podpora rozvoja pracovných zručností zamestnancov. (Slovak)
