The main objective of the project is to achieve financial literacy, employability and employment of marginalised communities, especially Roma, which we will achieve through their active involvement in the local civic order service. The aim of the project is to integrate the large Roma community, which in Prešov represents approximately 4.2 % of the total population in the city, so as to ensure that social disparities, the increase of offences and the loss of working habits in relation to the environment are constantly not widened. The aim of the project is to improve the social inclusion of marginalised Roma communities and their participation in public life by their own share. The primary target group of the project is the Roma community in the city, but other residents will also benefit from the implementation of the project. The main activity of the project is the creation of the ILOS and the subsequent training of its members, so as to improve the social involvement of CLLD in everyday life. Through training, ILOS members will increase their qualifications in the areas of criminal law and criminal procedure, road traffic, offences, and training on teamwork and communication will help them to solve specific problems on the ground in practice. The implementation of the project should improve the protection of public order, the protection of both private and public property, as well as the environment. The impact of ILO members’ work should prevent conflicts and the prevention of illegal behaviour in the excluded location. The members of the ILO will include 8 members from the CLLD, which will facilitate the mutual integration of the members of the ILO and ultimately contribute to the fulfilment of measurable project indicators. Hlavným cieľom projektu je dosiahnúť finančnú gramotnosť, zamestnateľnosť a zamestnanosť marginalizovaných komunít predovšetkým Rómov čo dosiahneme prostredníctvom ich aktívneho zapojenia do miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby. Cieľom projektu je začleniť početnú rómsku komunitu, ktorá v meste Prešov predstavuje približne 4,2 % všetkých obyvateľov do diania v meste, tak aby sústavne nedochádzalo k prehlbovaniu sociálnych rozdielov,nárastu priestupkov a strate pracovných návykov vo vzťahu k životnému prostrediu. Cieľom projektu je zlepšenie sociálnej inklúzie marginalizovaných rómskych komunít a ich zapojenie do verejného života ich vlastným podielom. Primárnou cieľovou skupinou projektu je rómska komunita v meste, avšak úžitok z realizácie daného projektu budú mať aj ostatní obyvatelia. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je vytvorenie MOPS a následdné školenie jej členov, tak aby sme zlepšili sociálne zapojenie MRK do bežného života. Prostredníctvom školení si členovia MOPS zvýšia kvalifikáciu v oblastiach trestného práva a trestného poriadku, cestnej premávky, priestupkoch a školenie zamerané na tímovú prácu a komunikáciu im napomôže v praxi pri riešení konkrétnych problémov v teréne. Realizácia projektu by mala zlepšiť ochranu verejného poriadku, ochranu súkromného aj verejného majetku, ako aj životného prostredia. Vplyv práce členov MOPS by mal predchádzať vzniku konfliktov a prevencii protiprávneho správania sa vo vylúčenej lokalite. Medzi členov MOPS budú zapojení 8 členovia z MRK, čo napomôže vzájomnej integrácii členov MOPS a v konečnom dôsledku prispeje k naplneniu merateľných ukazovateľov projektu. (Slovak)
