We will implement the project in the premises of our school for 36 months, from September 2018 to August 2021.The first main activity of the project will focus on the activity of teachers‘assistants primarily for pupils with special educational needs based on recommendations for assigning teachers’ assistants. The second main activity of the project will be focused on the activity of a special pedagogue primarily for pupils with SVK. The target group of the project will be primarily pupils with special educational needs, the secondary target group will be all school pupils. The aim of the project is to improve the learning outcomes of pupils at risk of school failure and to create appropriate conditions for education with an emphasis on the application of equal access to education. We will evaluate the expected outcome of the project and the achievement of the project objective on the basis of an improvement in the results of pupils – the classification of pupils. Measurable indicators of the project are realistically achievable based on our experience. However, factors that we cannot influence – such as the transfer of the pupil to another school, moving the pupil may have an impact on the achievement of measurable indicators.The project is in line with the specific objectives corresponding to Priority Axis No 1 Education and the results defined under the specific objectives. Projekt budeme realizovať v priestoroch našej školy po dobu 36 mesiacov, od septembra 2018 do augusta 2021.Prvá hlavná aktivita projektu bude zameraná na činnosť asistentov učiteľa primárne pre žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami na základe odporúčaní na pridelenie asistentov učiteľa. Druhá hlavná aktivita projektu bude zameraná na činnosť špeciálneho pedagóga primárne pre žiakov so ŠVVP. Cieľovou skupinou projektu budú primárne žiaci so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami, sekundárnou cieľovou skupinou budú všetci žiaci školy.Cieľom projektu je zlepšenie študijných výsledkov žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom a utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu. Očakávaný výsledok projektu a naplnenie cieľa projektu budeme hodnotiť na základe zlepšenia výsledkov žiakov – klasifikácie žiakov.Merateľné ukazovatele projektu sú na základe našich skúseností reálne dosiahnuteľné. Faktory, ktoré však nevieme ovplyvniť – ako sú napríklad prestup žiaka na inú školu, presťahovanie žiaka môžu mať na naplnenie merateľných ukazovateľov vplyv.Projekt je v súlade so špecifickými cieľmi zodpovedajúcimi prioritnej osi č. 1 Vzdelávanie a výsledkami zadefinovanými v rámci špecifických cieľov.
