The result of the implementation of the project activities and the fulfilment of the project objective will be monitored and evaluated on the basis of the classification of pupils with special educational needs. The target group of the project are pupils with special educational needs, all other school pupils will be the secondary target group. Measurable indicators of the project, based on our experience, are realistically achievable – in addition to factors that we cannot influence – the migration of pupils and other unaffected factors by us. The project is in line with the specific objectives corresponding to priority axis 1 Education and results defined within the specific objectives. (English)

    Časový harmonogram realizácie aktivít projektu (36 mesiacov) od januára 2018 do decembra 2020.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom asistentov učiteľa pre žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením bude zameraná na činnosť 5 asistentov učiteľa zamestnaných na plný úväzok pre žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami so zdravotným znevýhodnením na základe odporúčaní na pridelenie asistenta učiteľa z centra špeciálnopedagogického poradenstva.Typ hlavnej aktivity: Aktivity prispievajúce k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov a zabezpečeniu rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom členov inkluzívneho tímu bude zameraná na činnosť školského psychológa zamestnaného na plný úväzok a činnosť špeciálneho pedagóga zamestnaného na plný úväzok primárne pre žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami.Typ hlavnej aktivity: Aktivity zamerané na zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov vrátane žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami.Cieľ projektu: zlepšenie študijných výsledkov žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom a utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu. Výsledok realizácie aktivít projektu a naplnenie cieľa projektu budeme sledovať a hodnotiť na základe klasifikácie žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami.Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú žiaci so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami, sekundárnou cieľovou skupinou budú všetci ostatní žiaci školy.Merateľné ukazovatele projektu sú na základe našich skúseností reálne dosiahnuteľné – okrem faktorov, ktoré nedokážeme ovplyvniť – migrácia žiakov a iné nami neovplyvniteľné faktory.Projekt  je v súlade so špecifickými cieľmi zodpovedajúcimi prioritnej osi č. 1 Vzdelávanie a výsledkami zadefinovanými v rámci špecifických cieľov.
