Projekt je zameraný na zlepšenie rovnakého prístupu k celoživotnému vzdelávaniu pre všetky vekové skupiny v rámci neformálneho a bežného vzdelávania, zvyšovanie kvalifikácie prac. sily a podpory flexibilných spôsobov vzdelávania a to konkrétne vo vybraných podnikoch - pre naštartovanie stratégie Priemysel 4 na Slovensku s ciežom zvýšenia kvality a efektívnosti CŽV a s dôrazom na kžúčové kompetencie a zvyšovanie kvalifikácie. Aktivity projektu: 1: Nadviazanie spolupráce v CŽV, s vybranými priemyselnými podnikmi a vývoj a príprava vzdelávacích programov (analýza, spracovanie oblasti materiálovej, procesnej a technologickej s komparatívnou výhodou v hospodárstve SR a vytvorenie obsahovej štruktúry jednotlivých oblastí pre potreby CŽV, transformácia do odborných modulov pre multiodvetvové použitie v CŽV). Ciežom je počet partnerstiev  cca.4. 2. Komplexné identifikovanie a zhodnotenie úrovne kompetencií zamestnancov využívaných v pracovnom živote (analýza a spracovanie kvalifikačných požiadaviek v podnikoch, požiadavky na zamestnancov). Výsledok je metodická príručka na orientáciu zamestnancov na pracovnom trhu. Ciežová skupina cca 280 3. Realizácia vzdelávacích programov na základe partnerstiev - na základe výstupov z aktivity č.1 (partnerstiev), očakávaný výstup vzdelávania cca 280 kvalifikovaných zamestnancov a výstup cca 40  mladých žudí do 25 rokov. The project is aimed at improving equal access to life-long learning for all age groups within non-formal and regular education, increasing the qualification of labor force and supporting flexible ways of learning, specifically in selected enterprises – for tapping the strategy of Industry 4 in Slovakia with the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of CVs and emphasising key competences and raising qualifications. Project activities: 1: Establishing cooperation in CV, with selected industrial enterprises and development and preparation of educational programmes (analysis, processing of material, process and technological areas with comparative advantage in the Slovak economy and creation of content structure of individual areas for the needs of CV, transformation into professional modules for multi-sector applications in CV). The objective shall be the number of partnerships approx.4. 2. Comprehensive identification and assessment of the level of competence of employees used in working life (analysis and processing of qualification requirements in enterprises, requirements for employees). The result is a methodological guide for the orientation of employees on the labour market. Target group approx. 280 3. Implementation of training programmes based on partnerships – on the basis of outputs from activity No. 1 (partnerships), expected education output of about 280 qualified employees and output of about 40 young people under 25 years.
