Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je Podpora partnerstiev so zamestnávatežmi a profesijnými organizáciami, zamestnávatežskými zväzmi, asociáciami a komorami pri tvorbe, inovácii a realizácii vzdelávania, čím koreponduje so pecifickým ciežom výzvy 1.4.1 Zvýi kvalitu a efektívnos celoivotného vzdelávania s dôrazom na rozvoj kžúčových kompetencií, prehlbovanie a zvyovanie kvalifikácie. Projekt sa zameriava na rozírenie vedomostí a kompetencií vzdelávania v tudijných odboroch krajinárstvo, krajinná a záhradná architektúra a záhradníctvo. Projekt bude zameraný na prepojenie systému vzdelávania s odborníkmi z profesijných organizácií za účelom vytvorenia programov celoivotného vzdelávania zameraného na vekové skupiny mladí žudia vo veku do 25 rokov, za účelom usmerňovania frekventantov pri výbere povolania a overovania nadobudnutých spôsobilostí, vedomostí a zručností konfrontovanými s poiadavkami praxe. Projekt bude implementovaný prostredníctvom 3 hlavných aktivít projektu:1.1 Koordinácia projektu2.1 Tvorba a inovácia celoivotného vzdelávania s podporou profesných a zamestnávatežských organizácií3.1 Realizácia celoivotného vzdelávania s podporou profesijných zdruení a komôr Komplexná dokumentácia vytvorená v aktivite 2.1 tak metodicky spojí poiadavky neformálneho vzdelávania, poiadavky praxe a zároveň významne prispeje k definovaniu obsahu tudijného odboru v rámci formálneho vzdelávania. Priamo do tohto procesu budú vstupova experti z praxe a zástupcovia profesijných zdruení a komôr, pomocou ktorých bude vypracovaná dokumentácia, ktorá bude slúi pre zadefinovanie súboru výstupov a výsledkov vzdelávania (deskriptorov) pre vzdelávacie kurzy, ktoré budú spracované do formálnych a obsahových náleitostí celoivotného vzdelávania a následne overené v rámci aktivity 3.1 prostredníctvom 4 vzdelávacích kurzov (letných kôl). Projekt sa bude realizova v meste Nitra, v Pieanoch a vo Viničkách. Meratežnými ukazovatežmi projektu sú:1. Počet účastníkov zapojených do aktivít CV, ktorých bude celkovo 40.2. Počet partnerstiev medzi zamestnávatežmi a poskytovatežmi CV, ktorých bude 20.3. Počet účastníkov CV, ktorí v čase odchodu získali alebo si zvýili kvalifikáciu, ktorých bude celkovo 40.4. Počet partnerstiev medzi zamestnávatežmi a poskytovatežmi CV fungujúcich 18 mesiacov po ukončení projektu, ktorých bude celkovo 20 (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

Property / summary: The aim of the project is to support partnerships with employees and professional organisations, employers’ associations, associations and chambers in the creation, innovation and implementation of education, thus corresponding to the specific objective of Call 1.4.1 to enhance the quality and effectiveness of life-long learning with emphasis on the development of key competences, deepening and upgrading of qualifications. The project aims to expand the knowledge and competences of education in the field of landscapes, landscape and garden architecture and horticulture. The project will focus on linking the education system with professionals from professional organisations in order to develop life-long learning programmes aimed at young people under the age of 25, in order to guide trainees in the choice of profession and to verify acquired competences, knowledge and skills confronted with practical requirements. The project will be implemented through 3 main activities projektu:1.1 Coordination of the project2.1 The creation and innovation of life-long learning with the support of professional and employment organisations3.1 The implementation of life-long learning with the support of professional associations and chambers The comprehensive documentation created in activity 2.1 thus will methodically combine the requirements of non-formal education, the requirement of practice and at the same time make a significant contribution to the definition of the content of the study field within formal education. Directly to this process will be input by practitioners and representatives of professional associations and chambers, through which documentation will be prepared, which will serve to define a set of learning outcomes and outcomes (descriptors) for learning courses that will be processed into the formal and content commonities of life-long learning and subsequently verified under Activity 3.1 through 4 training courses (summer rounds). The project will be implemented in Nitra, Pieans and Vinicky. The measurement indicators of the project are:1. Number of participants involved in CV activities, totalling 40.2. Number of partnerships between employers and CV providers, which will be 20.3. Number of CV participants who have acquired or upgraded a qualification at the time of departure, totalling 40.4.
