| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je zlepenie odvádzania a čistenia komunálnych odpadových vôd v aglomerácii Podbrezová, v okrese Brezno, ktorá je zaradená v Prílohe č. 7 Výzvy a je v nesúlade s poiadavkami vyplývajúcimi zo smernice Rady 91/271/EHS. V aglomerácii bude rieená splaková kanalizácia a čistiareň odpadových vôd. Nedobudovaná kanalizačná sie a nedostatočné čistenie odpadových vôd ohrozuje povrchové i podzemné vody v povodí rieky Hron, ohrozuje kvalitu ivotného prostredia a ivotné podmienky obyvatežstva.Ciež projektu bude zabezpečený prostredníctvom 2 hlavných aktivít projektu:a) stoková sie ab) čistiareň odpadových vôd.V obci Podbrezová je kanalizácia vybudovaná čiastočne. Nakožko sa obec skladá z viacerých častí, ktoré tvoria samostatné celky a rozkladá sa v pomerne členitom území, nie je moné jej odkanalizovanie ako celku. V rámci hlavnej aktivity stoková sie bude vybudovaná splaková kanalizácia v časti Lopej, ktorá bude napojená na novovybudovanú ČOV Lopej, zároveň bude dobudovaná v miestnych častiach Skalica a Podbrezová (centrum) s napojením na existujúcu ČOV Skalica, ako aj v časti tiavnička s napojením na existujúcu ČOV tiavnička. Celková dĺka stokovej siete v obci Podbrezová bude 17,772 km. Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity čistiareň odpadových vôd sa zabezpečí vybudovanie ČOV Lopej s kapacitou 800 EO.Celková dĺka novovybudovaných kanalizačných sietí v projekte dosiahne 11,752 km a zvýený počet obyvatežov so zlepeným čistením komunálnych vôd bude 941 EO. | Property / summary: The objective of the project is to improve the collection and treatment of urban waste water in the Podbrezová agglomeration, in the district of Brezno, which is included in Annex 7 of the Challenges and is not in line with the requirements resulting from Council Directive 91/271/EEC. In the agglomeration will be solved sewage sewerage and sewage treatment plant. Incomplete sewerage network and insufficient waste water treatment threatens surface and groundwater in the river Hron river basin, threatens the quality of the environment and the living conditions of the population.Also the project will be ensured through 2 main project activities:a) sewer network ab) sewage treatment plant.In the village Podbrezová sewerage is built partially. The village consists of several parts, forming separate units and spreading in a fairly fragmented area, it is not possible to sewer it as a whole. As part of the main activity of the sewer network will be built sewage system in the part of Lopej, which will be connected to the newly built Lopej WWTP, at the same time it will be completed in local parts of Skalica and Podbrezová (centrum) with connection to the existing Skalica WWTP, as well as in the part of the tiavnička with connection to the existing WWTP tiavnička. The total length of the sewer network in the village Podbrezová will be 17,772 km. The implementation of the main activity of the wastewater treatment plant will ensure the construction of the Lopej WWTP with a capacity of 800 EO. The total length of the newly built sewerage networks in the project will reach 11.752 km and the increased number of inhabitants with improved urban water treatment will be 941 EO.
