Obiectivul general al proiectului este sprijinirea dezvoltarii durabile, cresterea competitivitatii si a productivitatii intreprinderii, si va contribui astfel la: consolidarea mediului de afaceri din regiunea Centru, si asigurarea stabilitatii economice a zonei ; dezvoltarea si modernizarea sectorului de fabricare de mobila local in general, si al mobilei sculptate in particular, perpetuand arta sculptarii lemnului in regiunea Centru ; asigurarea protectiei mediului prin utilizarea de tehnologii noi, cu un grad redus de poluare contribuind la dezvoltarea durabila; atragerea de forta de munca locala si din zonele limitrofe orasului Sovata ; prin investitii in echipamente noi, performante si cu un grad ridicat de protectie a mediului pentru imbunatatirea calitatii produselor, a productivitatii muncii si a capitalului. La nivelul comunitatii locale din orasul Sovata, intreprinderea va reprezenta unul din factorii de crestere si stabilitate economico-sociala din zona, datorita utilizarii de tehnologii moderne, a capitalului uman autohton/local angajat in utilizarea acestor tehnologii, si a politicii intreprinderii privind dezvoltarea durabila, si egalitatea de sanse. Atingerea obiectivului general si a celor specifice se va realiza prin investitii corporale noi in dotarea cu o tehnologie performanta, prin achizitia echipamentelor tehnologice de fabricare mobilier si creearea posibilitatii realizarii de produse noi si servicii integrate de o calitate superioara, dar si la o serie de avantaje, si va conduce la cresterea competitivitatii intreprinderii. The general objective of the project is to support sustainable development, increase the competitiveness and productivity of the enterprise, and will thus contribute to: strengthening the business environment in the Centre region, and ensuring the economic stability of the area; development and modernisation of the local furniture manufacturing sector in general, and of furniture carved in particular, perpetuating the art of wood carving in the Centre region; ensuring environmental protection through the use of new, low-pollution technologies contributing to sustainable development; attracting local labour from the surrounding areas of Sovata; by investing in new, high-performance equipment with a high level of environmental protection to improve product quality, labor productivity and capital. At the level of the local community of Sovata, the enterprise will represent one of the factors of economic and social growth and stability in the area, due to the use of modern technologies, the local/local human capital engaged in the use of these technologies, and the enterprise policy on sustainable development, and equal opportunities. The achievement of the general and specific objectives will be achieved through new tangible investments in the endowment with a high-performance technology, by acquiring the technological equipment for furniture manufacturing and creating the possibility of achieving new products and integrated services of a higher quality, but also to a number of advantages, and will lead to increased competitiveness of the enterprise.
