General objective: improving the level of knowledge, competences and skills in ICT field of 151 employees of ELIS paavaje SRL (large enterprise) from the Central, South-Muntenia and North-East regions, a large enterprise operating in one of the high-potential economic sectors identified according to SNC and SNCDI, over a period of 18 months. This objective is fully within the specific objective 3.12, i.e. improving the level of knowledge/competence/skills related to the economic sectors with potential/specialisation domains intelligent identification according to the NCS and SNCDI of employees, and also contributes directly to the achievement of the result pursued by this objective, namely: the increased number of employees whose knowledge/skills/skills have improved in areas related to economic sectors with potential/intelligent specialisation areas identified according to SNC and SNCDI. Contribution to achieving the specific objective of the POCU Programme: according to the Human Capital Operational Programme, the version of 29.07.2020, the 4S36 output indicator has a total value (employees of SMEs and large enterprises, cumulatively) of 37,900 persons, our project contributing 0.398 % (151 employees acquiring advanced ICT skills and knowledge, for production and planning of economic activities) to the achievement of specific objective 3.12 – Improving the level of knowledge/skills/skills related to the economic sectors/areas identified according to the SNC and SNCDI employees, EC targets Investment Priority 10.iii – Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competences. Regarding the immediate result indicator 4S34, the target for 2023 is 30320 people, which means that our project makes a contribution of 0.498 % of the number of persons acquiring a qualification, respectively advanced digital skills, recognised internally (specialisation/perfection certificates recognised/issued by the enterprise) and on the labour market (ANC certificate, national or international certifications recognised on the labour market or similar). Obiectivul general: imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte, competente si aptitudini in domeniul TIC a 151 de angajati ai ELIS PAVAJE SRL (intreprindere mare) din regiunile Centru, Sud-Muntenia si Nord-Est, intreprindere mare care activeaza intr-unul dintre sectoarele economice cu potential ridicat identificate conform SNC si SNCDI, pe o perioada de 18 luni. Acest obiectiv se incadreaza integral in obiectivul specific 3.12, respectiv imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte/competente/aptitudini aferente sectoarelor economice cu potential/ domeniilor de specializare inteligenta identificare conform SNC si SNCDI ale angajatilor, si tototdata contribuie in mod direct la realizarea rezultatului vizat de acest obiectiv, si anume: numarul crescut de angajati ale caror cunostinte/competente/aptitudini s-au imbunatatit in domeniile aferente sectoarelor economice cu potential/domeniilor de specializare inteligenta identificate conform SNC si SNCDI. Contributia la indeplinirea obiectivului specific al Programului POCU: potrivit Programului Operational Capital Uman, versiunea din 29.07.2020, indicatorul de realizare 4S36 are o valoare totala (angajati ai IMM si ai intreprinderilor mari, cumulat) de 37.900 persoane, proiectul nostru contribuind cu 0,398% (151 de angajati care dobandesc competente si cunostinte in domeniul TIC avansat, pentru productie si planificarea activitatilor economice) la indeplinirea obiectivului specific 3.12 - Îmbunătățirea nivelului de cunoștințe/competențe/aptitudini aferente sectoarelor economice/domeniilor identificate conform SNC şi SNCDI ale angajaților, ce vizeaza Prioritatea de investiții 10.iii - Îmbunătățirea accesului egal la învățarea pe tot parcursul vieții pentru toate grupurile de vârstă într-un cadru formal, non-formal sau informal, actualizarea cunoștințelor, a aptitudinilor și a competențelor forței de muncă și promovarea unor căi de învățare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesională și prin validarea competențelor dobândite. Referitor la indicatorul de rezultat imediat 4S34, tinta pentru 2023 este de 30320 persoane, ceea ce inseamna ca proiectul nostru aduce o contributie de 0.498% a numarului de persoane ce dobandesc o calificare, respectiv competente digitale avansate, recunoscute intern (certificate de specializare / perfectionare recunoscute / emise de intreprindere) si pe piata muncii (certificat ANC, certificari nationale sau internationale recunoscute pe piata muncii sau similar). Contributia la realizarea obiectivului Apelului POCU/861/3/12/Îmbunătățirea nivelului de cunoștințe/ competențe/ aptitudini aferente sectoarelor economice/ domeniilor identificate conform SNC si SNCDI ale angajaților: Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului apelului cu 151 de angajati din intreprinderi mari, care dobandesc competente digitale avansate, recunoscute la nivelul intreprinderii angajatoare si pe piata muncii, respectiv: - Indicatorul 4S34-Persoane care dobândesc o calificare/ care și-au validat compete (Romanian)
