The general objective of the project is to promote a package of integrated interventions aimed at social inclusion, increasing the employment capacity and reducing the poverty risk of the target group of 552 people, from Finteușu Mic community, Satulung commune, Maramureş County. The proposed project will generate a positive effect on the long-term target group by providing social innovation services, integrated services that will meet the following basic principles, as promoted under the regulations of the European Structural and Investment Funds 2014-2020, namely: equal opportunities and treatment between men and women (gender equality) and non-discrimination. In order to promote equal opportunities and treatment, attention will be paid to accessibility for all citizens to services, spaces and facilities that will be provided or open to the public. The planned target group approaches will aim to break the vicious circle of social exclusion and poverty through a multidimensional approach at Community level, based on community needs, respecting the principle of innovative approach to service delivery and an integrated approach by avoiding disparate, single-sector measures for effectiveness in the use of Community public resources. There is a need for social innovation and an integrated approach to improve the living conditions of the target group, increase the level of education, employability and access to the internal labour market, as well as access to quality basic infrastructure, increased access to social and health services. As community priorities focus on basic needs, the time devoted to children’s education and health is very limited, which negatively affects future prospects in terms of social integration. For children and young people there is a need to develop and stimulate the full potential of the individual, through support in the process of forming independent living skills, developing general knowledge, increasing self-confidence, encouraging the development of heuristic-creative thinking, educational services, social and medical services. For adults in the community, it is necessary to create the prerequisites for full participation in the economic, social and cultural life of the community (vocational information services, continuing vocational training, support in finding a job, developing and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, information on health and hygiene, support in improving housing conditions, legal assistance, support in combating discrimination). For the elderly population in the community, they will be valued and respected, remain independent and be able to participate in all aspects of life as active citizens, enjoying a high quality of life in a community (English) | |||||||||||||||

Obiectivul general al proiectului este promovarea unui pachet de intervenții integrate cu scopul incluziunii sociale, cresterii capacității de ocupare și reducerii riscului de sărăcie a grupului țintă format din 552 de persoane, din comunitatea Finteușu Mic, comuna Satulung, județul Maramureș. Proiectul propus va genera un efect pozitiv asupra problematicii grupului țintă pe termen lung prin oferirea de servicii de inovare socială, servicii integrate care vor răspunde următoarele principii de bază, așa cum sunt ele promovate în cadrul regulamentelor Fondurilor Europene Structurale și de Investiții 2014-2020, respectiv: egalitatea de șanse și tratament între bărbați și femei (egalitatea de gen) și nediscriminarea. Pentru a promova egalitatea de șanse și tratament se va acorda atenție accesibilității pentru toți cetățenii la serviciile, spațiile și dotări care vor fi furnizate sau deschise publicului. Demersurile planificate cu grupul țintă vor urmări să întrerupă cercul vicios al excluziunii sociale și sărăciei printr-o abordare multidimensională la nivel comunitar, bazată pe nevoile comunității, respectând principiul abordării inovative în furnizarea serviciilor și al unei abordări integrate prin evitarea unor măsuri disparate, mono-sectoriale în vederea eficacității în utilizarea resurselor publice comunitare. Este nevoie de inovare socială și o abordare integrată în vederea îmbunătățirii condițiilor de trai ale grupului țintă, creșterea nivelului de educație, a capacității de inserție profesională şi a accesului la piața muncii interne, precum şi a accesului la infrastructură de bază de calitate, creșterea accesului la servicii sociale și medicale. In măsura în care priorităţile comunităţii se concentrează pe asigurarea nevoilor de bază, timpul consacrat educaţiei şi sănătăţii copiilor este foarte limitat, fapt ce se răsfrânge negativ asupra perspectivelor de viitor în termeni de integrare socială. Pentru copii și tineri este nevoie de dezvoltarea și stimularea a întregului potențial individual, prin sprijin în procesul de formare a deprinderilor de viață independentă, dezvoltarea cunoștințelor generale, creșterea încrederii în sine, încurajarea dezvoltării gândirii euristic-creatoare, servicii educative, servicii sociale și medicale. Pentru adulții din comunitate este necesar să fie create premisele pentru participarea deplină la viața economică, socială şi culturală a comunității(servicii de informare profesională, formare profesională continuă, sprijin în găsirea unui loc de muncă, dezvoltarea și susținerea inițiativelor antreprenoriale, informare privind sănătatea și igienă, sprijin în îmbunătățirea condițiilor de locuit, asistență juridică, sprijin în combaterea discriminării). Pentru populația vârstnică din comunitate se va urmări ca aceștia să fie apreciați şi respectați, să rămână independenți şi să poată participa la toate aspectele vieții în calitate de cetățeni activi, bucurându-se de o calitate ridicată a vieții într-o comunitate (Romanian)
