The general objective of the project is to increase access to integrated, accessible, sustainable and high quality social services through the development of 4 types of integrated social services without accommodation, the provision of these services to 165 elderly people who meet all of the following conditions: they reside/residence in the municipality of Timisoara, are in situations of dependence and/or risk of social exclusion that causes a situation of vulnerability, as well as overcoming the vulnerability situation for at least 92 elderly people as a result of the support received through the project. Integrated social services, without accommodation, which will be developed through the project and will be provided to elderly people from the Municipality of Timisoara belonging to vulnerable groups are: integrated social service of the social canteen type by expanding the transport component of home food for elderly people with locomotor impairments; integrated social service of day centre type for elderly people – day centre for socialisation and leisure, club type; integrated social service of day centre type for elderly people – assistance and recovery center; integrated social home care service for elderly people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. .Services will also be provided to people from marginalised communities. The integrated nature of the services developed and provided under the project will be given by the fact that they will be provided together, integrated, with other services/activities, as follows: social canteen-type social service developed by expanding the transport component of home food for elderly people with locomotor disabilities will be provided together with healthcare services/activities and legal assistance; — the social home care service for the elderly will be provided together with healthcare services/activities and legal assistance; the social service of the day centre type for the elderly – social day and leisure center, club type will be provided together with legal assistance services/activities, recovery, cultural and educational activities (including ICT skills development and volunteering activities) – day care centre for older people – assistance and recovery center will be provided together with legal, cultural and educational support services/activities (including ICT skills development and volunteering activities). The development of social services will require support in terms of material (equipment, furniture, materials) and human resources involved in the provision of services (training and exchange of best practices). DIRECŢIA DE ASISTENŢĂ SOCIALĂ A MUNICIPIULUI TIMIŞOARA

Obiectivul general al proiectului îl reprezintă creșterea accesului la servicii sociale integrate, accesibile, durabile și de înaltă calitate prin dezvoltarea a 4 tipuri de servicii sociale integrate fără cazare, furnizarea acestor servicii unui număr de 165 de persoane vârstnice care îndeplinesc cumulativ următoarele condiții: au domiciliul/reședința în Municipiul Timișoara, se află în situații de dependență și/sau risc de excluziune socială care determină o situație de vulnerabilitate, precum și depășirea situației de vulnerabilitate pentru minim 92 de persoane vârstnice ca urmare a sprijinului primit prin proiect. Serviciile sociale integrate, fără cazare, care vor fi dezvoltate prin proiect și vor fi furnizate persoanelor vârstnice din Municipiul Timișoara aparținând grupurilor vulnerabile sunt: serviciu social integrat de tip cantină socială prin extinderea componentei de transport hrana la domiciliu pentru persoane vârstnice cu deficiențe locomotorii; serviciu social integrat de tip centru de zi pentru persoane vârstnice - centru de zi de socializare și petrecere a timpului liber, tip club; serviciu social integrat de tip centru de zi pentru persoane vârstnice - centru de asistență și recuperare; serviciu social integrat de îngrijire la domiciliu pentru persoane vârstnice, aflate în risc de sărăcie sau excluziune socială. .Serviciile vor fi acordate inclusiv persoanelor din comunități marginalizate. Caracterul integrat al serviciilor dezvoltate și furnizate în cadrul proiectului va fi dat de faptul că acestea se vor furniza împreună, integrat, cu alte servicii/activități, după cum urmează: - serviciul social de tip cantină socială dezvoltat prin extinderea componentei de transport hrană la domiciliu pentru persoane vârstnice cu deficiențe locomotorii va fi furnizat împreună cu servicii/activități de asistență medicală și asistență juridică; - serviciul social de îngrijire la domiciliu pentru persoane vârstnice va fi furnizat împreună cu servicii/activități de asistență medicală și asistență juridică; - serviciul social de tip centru de zi pentru persoane vârstnice - centru de zi de socializare și petrecere a timpului liber, tip club va fi furnizat împreună cu servicii/activități de asistență juridică, activități de recuperare, culturale și educaționale (inclusiv activități dezvoltare deprinderi TIC și de promovare a voluntariatului) - serviciul social de tip centru de zi pentru persoane vârstnice - centru de asistență și recuperare va fi furnizat împreună cu servicii/activități de asistență juridică, culturale și educaționale (inclusiv activități dezvoltare deprinderi TIC și de promovare a voluntariatului). Pentru dezvoltarea serviciilor sociale va fi nevoie de sprijin din punct de vedere material (dotări cu echipament, mobilier, materiale) și din punct de vedere al resurselor umane implicate în furnizarea serviciilor (formare profesională și schimb de bune practici).
