The subject of the application for NFA is to reduce the energy intensity of the building of the municipal office with a cultural house in Zuberec. The technical condition of the building is unsatisfactory, as a result of which its operation is difficult and associated with spending high amounts of money on energy and maintenance. The constant spending of funds on this building does not allow the municipality to implement other project plans, the implementation of which is necessary. The project documentation addresses the reduction of the energy intensity of the building through:-insulation of the external casing,-thermal insulation,-replacement of hole structures,-changes of luminaires,-replacement of central heating as well as replacement of heating elements,-installation of air-conditioning,-installation of photovoltaic roof panels as well as other building modifications and finishing works specified in the project documentation and budget. Work on the extension of the municipal office will also be carried out during the implementation of the project. According to the call, this expenditure is ineligible and will not be claimed by the municipality.The proposed project intention is to reduce the energy intensity of the building and meet measurable indicators. Predmetom predkladanej Žiadosti o NFP je zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy obecného úradu s kultúrnym domom v obci Zuberec.Technický stav budovy je nevyhovujúci, v dôsledku čoho je jej prevádzka náročná a spojená s vynakladaním vysokých objemov finančných prostriedkov na energie a údržbu. Neustále vynakladanie finančných prostriedkov na túto budovu neumožňuje obci realizovať ďalšie projektové zámery, ktorých realizácia je potrebná. Projektová dokumentácia rieši zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy prostredníctvom:-zateplenia obvodového plášťa,-zateplenia strešného plášťa,-výmeny otvorových konštrukcií,-výmeny svietidiel,-výmeny ústredného kúrenia ako aj výmeny vykurovacích telies,-montáž vzduchotechniky,-montáž fotovoltaických strešných panelov ako aj ďalšie stavebné úpravy a dokončovacie práce uvedené v projektovej dokumentácii a rozpočte projektu. Počas realizácie projektu budú zrealizované aj práce na prístavbe obecného úradu. V zmysle výzvy sú tieto výdavky neoprávnené a obec si ich nebude nárokovať.Predkladaným projektovým zámerom má obec snahu znížiť energetickú náročnosť budovy a naplniť merateľné ukazovatele. (Slovak)
