Predložený projekt je zameraný na inováciu procesu montáže a kompletizácie finálnych produktov spoločnosti Bonfiglioli Slovakia s.r.o.. Inštalácia inovatívnej automatizovanej montážnej a kompletizačnej linky umožní skrátiť čas kompletizácie výrobkov odstránením medzičasov v súčasnosti potrebných na presun nedokončenej výroby medzi jednotlivými zariadeniami a tiež potrebu presunov medzi technologickými zariadeniami pri zmene výrobku (rôzna veľkosť, resp. určenie prevodovky).Okrem toho dôjde ku výraznému zníženiu objemu ručnej práce pri finalizácii výrobkov, čo sa prejaví v znížení časovej náročnosti jednotlivých pracovných operácií a vyústí ku zvyšovaniu produktivity práce.Uvedené zvýšenie produktivity práce sa prejaví v znížení časovej náročnosti na finalizáciu výrobkov o 30% (pokles zmennosti o 1 zmenu).
