The tutor together with the mentor will be a dowry of two Zuoz, who will need more time to train and incorporate into the processes of the company and processes taking place at the client. Subsequently, our company will be engaged in the implementation of work activities and filling, which should also contain educational and development activities. The aim is to support the desired project participants in keeping a job, gaining work habits in the future on the labour market. We will prepare the development of soft skills (communication, behaviour, building our own imid, promoting personal development). The main group of the project are UoZ and Zuoz registered at the Labour Office. The place of implementation of the project activities is the districts in Banskobystrický, Koick and Preov regions, with a specific focus on the least developed regions. The measurement indicators of the project are – we will create 9 jobs, of which there will be 7 UoZ and 2 Zuoz jobs in individual central districts with the application of mentoring and tutoring institutes for individual positions. The project is in accordance with horizontal principles such as warming development (hereinafter referred to as HP UR), equality of men and women (hereinafter referred to as HP RM) and non-discrimination (hereinafter referred to as ND). The project is defined in the Partnership Agreement of the Slovak Republic for the years 2014-2020 and Articles 7 and 8 of the General Regulation. Spoločnos HEAD Studio s.r.o. pristúpila k realizácii tohto projektu so zámerom zamestna osoby z vybranej ciežovej skupiny. Ciežom projektu je zvýi zamestnanos prostredníctvom poskytnutia pracovných príleitostí pre nezamestnaných z najmenej rozvinutých regiónov SR. Jedná sa o podporu ciežovej skupiny Uchádzač o zamestnanie (ďalej aj UoZ) a Znevýhodnený uchádzac? o zamestnanie (d?alej aj ZUoZ) formou vytvorenia pracovných pozícií a hlavne vytvorenie pracovných návykov u osôb z ciežovej skupiny.pecifickým ciežom: 3.1.1 Zvýi zamestnanos, zamestnatežnos a zníi nezamestnanos s osobitnýmdôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starích a zdravotne postihnuté osobyHlavnou aktivitou projektu je: Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce. Hlavná aktivita sa vykonáva v dvoch na seba nadväzujúcich častiach:1. Vyhžadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ.2. Zamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s monosou vyuitia mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti. Ciežom aktivity je rozvoj pracovných návykov osôb z CS prostredníctvom zamestnania. Sprievodné volitežné oprávnené aktivity sú mentorská a zamestnania ZUoZ spojené s tútorskou činnosou, a to za účelom aktívnej podpory a pomoci pri vykonávaní pracovných činností a pri adaptácii zamestnanca na pracovnom mieste. Aktivity projektu sú zamerané najmä na identifikovanie a prácu s ciežovou skupinou vo nasledovných krajoch:NUTS II Stredné Slovensko (ilinský a Banskobystrický samosprávny kraj)NUTS II Východné Slovensko (Preovský a Koický samosprávny kraj).vetkých regiónoch Slovenskej republiky, v najmenej rozvinutých okresoch. Miesto výkonu práce osoby z CS spolu s mentorom i tútorom bude situované v nasledovných okresoch: centrálny okres - Rimavská Sobotapriradený okres - Poltárpriradený okres - Revúcacentrálny okres - Roňava,priradený okres - Koice Okolie,priradený okres - Gelnicacentrálny okres - Kemarok,priradený okres - Levoča,centrálny okres - Bardejov,priradený okres - Sabinov,priradený okres - Svidník,priradený okres - Medzilaborce,priradený okres - Stropkovcentrálny okres - Michalovce,priradený okres - Vranov nad Topžou,priradený okres - Sobrance,priradený okres - Snina,priradený okres - Trebiovcentrálny okres - Vežký Krtí,priradený okres - Krupina,priradený okres - Lučenec Mentor spolu so zamestnancom bude účastný prebiehajúcich projektov, od začiatku sa zúčastní praktickej činnosti a po zakolení bude aktívne pracova na rieení problémov u existujúcich zákazníkov. Tútor sa spolu s Mentorom bude venova dvom ZUoZ, ktorí budú potrebova viac času na zakolenie a zapracovanie do procesov firmy a procesov prebiehajúcich u klienta.Následne sa naa spoločnos bude zaobera realizáciou pracovných činností a náplne, ktorá by mala taktie v sebe obsahova vzdelávacie a rozvojové aktivity. Ciežom je podpori vyhžadaných účastníkov projektu v udraní si pracovného miesta, získaní pracovných návykov v budúcnosti na trhu práce. Tie pripravíme rozvoj mäkkých zručností (komunikácia, správanie sa, budovanie vlastného imidu, podpora osobnostného rozvoja). Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú UoZ a ZUoZ evidovaní na úrade práce. Miestom realizácie aktivít projektu sú okresy v Banskobystrickom, Koickom a Preovskom kraji, so pecifickým sústredením na najmenej rozvinuté regióny. Meratežné ukazovatele projektu sú - vytvoríme 9 pracovných miest, z toho bude 7 pracovných miest UoZ a 2 pracovné miesta ZUoZ v jednotlivých centrálnych okresoch s vyuitím mentorského a tútorského intitútu u jednotlivých pracovných pozícií.Projekt je v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi ako sú udratežný rozvoj (ďalej len HP UR), rovnos muov a ien (ďalej len HP RM) a nediskriminácia (ďalej len ND)., ktoré sú definované v Partnerskej dohode SR na roky 2014 2020 a v čl. 7 a 8 veobecného Nariadenia. Prispieva k odstraňovaniu diskriminácie medzi pohlaviami, vekovej diskriminácie, rovnako inej monej diskriminácii akejkožvek znevýhodnenej skupiny. (Slovak)
