The main objective of the project Flexible care for children in the Children’s Sports Centre Ball is by improving the conditions for reconciling work and family life to increase the employment of persons with parental responsibilities, to a large extent especially in Koice and surroundings through the provision of flexible childcare with the integration of children with special educational needs, also accessible to parents and children from a weak social environment. Flexible care is planned by the Society Children’s Sports Centre Loptička s.r.o. within its operation on street Michalovská 43 in Koice. Care is planned for Children’s Sports Center Loptička s.r.o. to provide long-term and short-term for the age category of children 3-6 years or children with left school attendance. The project enters as an existing facility with a planned expansion of the capacity of the facility by 7-10 children, of which 25 % of children with special educational needs. Flexible care is planned to be provided all year round during working days from 7:00 to 17:00 and during the whole summer holidays. The project will employ 2 educators and 1 raiser for children with special educational needs. The project implementation period is 24 months with the planned start of implementation February 2019. The above activity is planned for a long time, at least 6 months after the end of the support and thus fulfils the measured indicators projektu:Počet of supported institutions: 1Number of institutions implementing measures to reconcile work and family life a month after the end of the project: 1 The objective group targeted by the project is not only parents – women after maternity, parental leave, but also jobseekers with parental responsibilities, job seekers with parental responsibilities, jobseekers with emphasis on people with difficulties in reconciling family and work life, job seekers with an emphasis on people with difficulties in reconciling family and work life, employees and self-employed persons with parental responsibilities. The present project aims to achieve equality between men and women in all areas, including in the areas of access to employment, career progression, reconciliation of work and private life and promotion of equal pay for equal work. Hlavným ciežom projektu Flexibilná starostlivos pre deti v Detskom portovom centre Loptička je zlepením podmienok pre zosúladenie pracovného a rodinného ivota zvýi zamestnanos osôb s rodičovskými povinnosami, vo vežkej miere najmä ien v Koiciach a okolí prostredníctvom poskytovania flexibilnej starostlivosti o deti s integráciou detí so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami dostupnej aj pre rodičov a deti zo slabieho sociálneho prostredia. Flexibilnú starostlivos plánuje spoločnos Detské portové centrum Loptička s.r.o. poskytova v rámci svojej prevádzky na ulici Michalovská 43 v Koiciach. Starostlivos plánuje Detské portové centrum Loptička s.r.o. poskytova dlhodobú i krátkodobú pre vekovú kategóriu detí 3-6 rokov prípadne detí s odloenou kolskou dochádzkou. Do projektu vstupuje ako existujúce zariadenie s plánovaným rozírením kapacity zariadenia o 7-10 detí z toho 25% detí so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami. Flexibilnú starostlivos plánuje iadatež poskytova celoročne počas pracovných dní od 7:00 do 17:00 a aj počas celých letných prázdnin. V rámci projektu budú zamestnané 2 vychovávatežky a 1 vychovávatežka pre deti so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami. Doba realizácie projektu je 24 mesiacov s plánovaným začiatkom realizácie február 2019. Uvedenú činnos plánuje iadatež udra dlhodobo, minimálne 6 mesiacov po skončení podpory a naplni tak meratežné ukazovatele projektu:Počet podporených intitúcií: 1Počet intitúcií, ktoré realizujú opatrenia na zosúladenie pracovného a rodinného ivota es mesiacov po ukončení projektu: 1 Ciežovou skupinou, na ktorú sa projekt zameriava sú nielen rodičia - eny po materskej, rodičovskej dovolenke, ale aj uchádzači o zamestnanie s rodičovskými povinnosami, záujemcovia o zamestnanie s rodičovskými povinnosami, uchádzači o zamestnanie s dôrazom na osoby s problémami pri zosúlaďovaní rodinného a pracovného ivota, záujemcovia o zamestnanie s dôrazom na osoby s problémami pri zosúlaďovaní rodinného a pracovného ivota, zamestnanci a SZČO s rodičovskými povinnosami. Predkladaný projekt sa zameriava na dosiahnutie rovnosti medzi mumi a enami vo vetkých oblastiach, vrátane v oblasti prístupu k zamestnaniu, kariérneho postupu, zosúladenia pracovného a súkromného ivota a presadzovanie rovnakej odmeny za rovnakú prácu.
